"Objection!" Sharon cut in. "Leading the witness."
"Sustained," the judge said. "Mr. Manfred, please stick to the facts."
"Yes, Your Honor," Manfred said mildly before continuing. "Mr. Church, you said that someone had to ask you and your partner to leave. But my client lived alone. Did you see anyone else there?"
"No. As I said, the door was barely cracked," Andrew said.
"Was the voice male?"
"Yes."
"Did the voice sound at all similar to Mr. Parker's?"
"…yes. But it wasn't stuttering. The tone was different but the voices were similar aside from that."
"Mr. Church, are you aware that my client has a diagnosis of dissociative identity disorder?"
"Yes."
"The video footage of James Otto attacking someone with a knife and chasing them into an alley was presented earlier. Does the hooded figure in that footage behave like the Casey Parker you met?"
"No. He carried himself differently."
