They were not fine. Killian came by to take care of the birth certificate situation a few hours after Wesley was born and Jenna was still so worn out that she hardly responded to a word he said.
Being in the hospital was rough, especially with riding the rollercoaster of emotions that came from giving birth, but that was nothing on coming home and being in charge of a baby all the time. A colicky one that screamed almost all night long.
Jonas was close to his breaking point because he still had to go to work in the morning and wasn't getting any sleep. Every so often when Jenna was sobbing with a pillow over her head trying to fall back asleep because she knew Wesley wasn't hungry or in need of a diaper change anymore he would angrily storm into her room and demand she do something.
What more could she do? She was already doing everything the doctors told her and nothing was getting better!
