On Valentine's Day, Jonas had to wear something nice and pack his scrubs in the car to change into since he would be going straight to work afterward. Felicia had offered to pay for his dinner since she was the one that asked him out but he felt like going in emptyhanded would be bad form so he got her some red and pink carnations.
The babysitter had already taken over for him and would be there until Jenna got home from her study group sometime between seven and eight so he was good to go. Aside from being nervous about going on his first date in years, that is.
When he arrived at the steakhouse his date was already waiting for him. She looked a lot fancier than her usual self too since her caramel brown hair was down and curly instead of up in a ponytail and she was wearing a pale pink dress.
His heart skipped a beat. It had been a long time since a girl bothered dressing up for him.
