Jenna's first few months of vet school passed in a blur that largely consisted of memorization. She and her study group got used to spending their lunch periods quizzing each other with flashcards.
They also frequently met up in the evenings when class was done for the day by booking study rooms in the library. On those days Jonas would drop Wesley off with his car seat, diaper bag, and portable crib to set him up in so they could all work for hours. He was a quiet, well-behaved child for the most part so he didn't typically bother anyone as they went.
Lugging everything around was a hassle since her brother had the car and she always needed rides home but Chase, who lived maybe ten minutes from her and was the most frequent carpooler, was a saint. He never complained about helping her with her stuff.
None of them ever complained about Wesley period. In fact, he sort of became their group's mascot.
