Dante was able to over come Ren's superior speed some minutes ago simply because of the Speed marker he had on. He was able to tag Ren the moment he had made an assault on him. Now the speed of Ren together with the speed of the Quick ring gave Dante an advantage over him when it came to speed.
Standing to his feet, Ren spit out a bit of blood from his mouth before observing Dante fully. He was currently wearing another gauntlet on his left hand causing him to go over some things in his mind. Mia had shown him the one she had stolen from him some days ago and now he suddenly had another one.
'Where does he get these things from? How is he faster than me? I thought Mia said he was not a threat to me. Or is there another item on him that I don't know about', Ren thought to himself.
