Changwoo then remembers something and leans forward a little. "Oh and it's best you stay quiet about all of this. Don't tell anyone that you were in this van, you met and spoke to Wooshik or Minjun, you didn't see Minjun at the airport or ran into Minjun in the street, okay? No-one can know, not even your roommates, if you have any of course." Changwoo clarifies.

I instantly nod. "Got it."

"You also might want to start wearing masks when you go outside, since them girls saw your face. Word gets around quickly when it comes to sasaengs, and they'll quickly figure out who you are since they saw you with Minjun."

My eyes widen a little and I nod. I grab the hat and jump out of the van into the cold atmosphere outside, and immediately stuff my hands in my pocket. I turn back around at the two boys.

Wooshik smiles warmly, replacing where I was sitting next to Minjun. "Bye Eunji, it was nice meeting you."

"You too Wooshik." I smile back.

"Hey, don't I get a thank you?" Minjun speaks up and leans forwards.

I avert my gaze from Wooshik to Minjun and I snort. "Thank you for what? Losing my earrings I had only just bought?".

Minjun cringes as he already know what's about to happen next. Because as soon as I say that, Wooshik lets out an even bigger gasp and snaps his head at him.

"Kim Minjun!" Wooshik yells.

"Thanks for that Eunji." He sighs. "And I meant a thank you for the hat. Wear it when you go out with your mask as well." He then eases into a smile. "See you around."

I smile and wave a little at the two of them, earning a little wave from Minjun and a cute one from his friend. Wooshik slides the door back shut and I turn around, beginning to walk into the building.

I stop in my tracks and turn around to the sound of someone yelling at an incredible speed inside the van. I laugh as I instantly recognise the voice belonging to Wooshik, and probably being aimed at Minjun.

I step into the building, entering the lift like I always do, pressing the top floor button and waiting with the faint sound of music playing. The doors open and I walk over to my apartment door and I unlock it, stepping in.

As soon as I walk in, a pair of arms are thrown around me, grasping onto me desperately. Her breathing sounds relieved and a little panicked.

"I'm so glad you're okay." Jia whispers and her face then appears and looks at me with slight annoyance. "Where the hell have you been?"

I walks into the apartment with her as she breathes a sigh of relief when she hugs me.

Jia finally lets go of me and we walk into the living room area.

"told you, I went out to get my earrings."

"Do you know what time it is?" She questions me.

Come to think of it, I didn't look at time this whole night. I take out my phone from my pocket and turn it on, and my eyes nearly pop out of my skull.

12:19AM

Oh. I was out for that long?

"You said you were going to be out for an hour. It's been over three hours!" Jia complains. "Where are the earrings?" She says when she notices I'm not carrying anything.

Oh crap. The earrings.

"The store was closed, so I tried looking for another jewellery shop that sold the earrings all around the city but couldn't." I simply say, shrugging and taking my coat off, remembering the hat is inside my pocket and I take it out. "But I uh...had time to buy a hat."

"You could've texted or called me at least." Jia mutters, folding her arms.

"Awe, were you worried about me?" I tease, slinging my arm around Jia's neck.

She sighs and chuckles. "Of course I was. Now come on, I figured you weren't going to bring back any food and coincidentally I found ramen in our kitchen, so let's eat already! I'm starving."

My eyebrows furrow. "why haven't you eaten?"

Jia shakes her head. "I was too worried about you that I lost my appetite."

I pout. "I'm sorry baby."

Jia releases the tension on her face and eases into a smile. "It's alright. Just don't scare me like that again please?"

I nod in confirmation and Jia gives me a small smile before going back into the kitchen again. I go into my room, tossing Minjun's hat on my bed.

I feel bad for lying to Jia, she is like my sister. But considering how famous Kim Minjun and his friend are, it's best if Jia didn't know the whole story.

As soon as I wake up the next morning I know exactly what I need to do today. I have a lot of queries and questions that need answering ASAP. I get out of bed and look at the time.

9:37AM.

Saturday.

Jia and I finally get the weekend off from university work and are very exhausted.

After freshening myself up I get changed into my oversized hoodie and leggings; the comfiest clothing I own.

I go back out and into the kitchen to be greeted to Jia, already seated and eating breakfast. She looks up, notices me and smiles. "Good morning Eunji-unnie!"

"Morning." I grab a waffle from the cupboard and pop it into the toaster.

"I say we spend the weekend doing absolutely nothing. Sounds fun right?" Jia offers and I nod.

"Most definitely." When my waffle is done I spread some nutella on it and start to eat, still sitting next to Jia.

Whilst I'm munching on it, I begin to think about my questions I need answering.

"Hey, Jia?"

She turns her head at me. "Yeah?"

"So...you know that JaeMin guy?"

Her eyes light up just by me mentioning his name and she nods vigorously. "Yes! Why?"

"He's friends with a boy group too right? What was it again...you need sex?".

I'm pretty sure that's not right when Jia spits out her coffee and begins to cough from hearing my words.

"Where did you- how the- why the fuck would any group be called that?!" She stutters in disbelief just as her friend and our next door neighbor Hayoon enter the kitchen.

"I was close enough." I shrug defending myself.

Jia shoves my arm. "No you weren't!" Jia notices that Hayoon enter the room and calls out to her. "Eunji thought YOUniverse was called 'you need sex'!"

There's a couple seconds of silence and then loud and hysterical laughter fills my ears.

Hayoon looks at me incredibly offended that that's what I thought their name was. "Eunji are you being serious?"

I raise my hands in defence. "Leave me alone!"

Hayoon is still laughing, desperately clinging onto her stomach. She collapses onto the kitchen stool, wiping the tears streaming down her face. "Park Eunji, we really need to educate you about 'you need sex' don't we?" She giggles to herself.

I sigh. "Yes, yes you do."

"Then we'll teach you!" Jia concludes, pulling out her phone and begins typing something.

"I can't believe you thought that's what their name is." Hayoon facepalms.

"I knew it sounded like that, I just forgot what it actually was." I mumble.

Jia shows me her phone and a picture of a young man is glaring back at me. He wears a black t-shirt and jeans and has incredibly cute dimples as he smiles cutely. I'm guessing this must've been taken at a concert.

"This is Kim Changwoo. In YOUniverse, he's the main rapper and leader of the group." She explains.

"Hmm. Cute smile." I mumble whilst examining the dimples that's making me want to poke them with my pinkie.

"His dimples are adorable!" Jia says with a smile.

She then takes her phone back, searching something else. When she's done she shows me her phone screen once again and this time I actually know who it is.

His hair is a beautiful shade of purple, holding a microphone to his lips with a bandana on his forehead, dressed in a dark grey balenciaga top, necklace around his neck and facial expression looking extremely serious and attractive.

"Oh that's Wooshik!" I point to his picture. "He's one of the vocalists and the oldest of the group." Jia raises her eyebrow at me, surprised I actually know this information.

"How do you know that?"

I remember that I can't tell them that I've met him, and struggle to think of an excuse. "I read it somewhere." I shrug.

Wooshik looks completely different from when I saw him yesterday, he was much more cuter and his hair was brown, so this must've been taken a while ago.

"He's my favourite." Hayoon says whilst poking my arm and admiring the man in the picture. "I bet he's even more handsome in real life." She sighs and rests her head on her hand, elbow sitting on the table.

I mean, she's not wrong.

"I don't have a favourite, I love them all too much to pick." Jia huffs and folds her arms.

Jia searches the next member. She shows me her phone again and once again, I know and recognise who it is.

His hair is silver however, and looks completely different to what he looked like yesterday.

He looks...hot.

He wears a black suit, one sleeve dragged down his arm with his microphone in hand and raised to his mouth.

"I know him too. Kim Minjun, aka JaeMin, aka a former member, I think, he's a rapper."

"You know about him too? How many of them do you know about exactly?" Jia questions.

"Oh, only them two." I reply.

Hayoon raises her eyebrow. "So you don't know the real members, just Wooshik and JaeMin isn't part of them anymore just so you know."

I nod. "Yeah." I look away from her quickly and back at the picture of JaeMin. "So, which member's next?"

Jia searches the next member in google, soon then showing me a picture of him.

He wears a black suit, hair slightly parted showing his forehead and quite striking facial features.

"This is Jung Duri. In YOUniverse he's known as the one with the best dance skills, and he's a rapper and the dance leader." Jia explains.

"He also has the brightest personality, you can just look at the guy and you'll be feeling better." Hayoon adds.

Jia nods in confirmation and then searches the next member and shows me a picture of him. This one has light pink hair, black t-shirt and jeans, microphone raised to his lips and is showing an adorable smile.

"This is Kang Jimin, one of the vocalists." Jia says.

"He's the cutest." Hayoon points out.

I chuckle and nod. The next member Jia shows me had a very serious look, his face is basically perfect with his black hair. He's sitting down on a chair, microphone attached to his face, wearing a black suit with gold patterns on it.

"This is Hwang Taehyun, known as the visual in YOUniverse and is one of the vocalists." Jia says.

"My god, he looks so good there." Hayoon gushes over him, staring at his face.

"He looks good 24/7." Jia reminds her, earning an agreeing nod from Hayoon.

I watch them have their fangirling moment for a minute.

"And now for the last member." Jia searches his name and shows me a picture of the last one. His hair looks a little wet and quite long, wearing a black suit and sweat glistening off his face.

"This is Jeon Ji-Hoon, the maknae. He's the main vocalist." Jia says.

I nod. "A very intriguing group of boys, I must say."

Hayoon nods whilst smiling and then sighs. "I wonder what they look like in real life."

"Probably ten times more handsome, I'd most likely pass out if they stood anywhere near me, even if they were 10 feet away." Jia replies.

"Yeah..." I trail off, thinking about how not only did Minjun stand very close to me, he did a lot of other things too.

Held my hand, shoved his hand on my mouth many times, grabbed my waist to stop me from escaping, ran with me, laughed with me.

If he or any of the other members did that to them then they'd probably be dead right now.

If I also told them anything that's happened they most likely won't believe me. Or if they did they'd most likely fan girl and accidently tell people.

And I'm not supposed to tell anyone, and because they're so popular I probably shouldn't.

Hayoon then gasps which gets our attention. She's looking at her phone, reading something. "Kim Minjun was apparently mobbed yesterday in Seoul by sasaengs!"

Jia gasp loudly also, crowding around her phone.

"What the hell is wrong with people? Don't they know anything about privacy?" Hayoon scowls.

"When was it?" Jia asks.

"Last night, around 10. Hey Eunji, wasn't that the same time that you went out?"

I gulp and peer over at them. "Yeah, but I didn't see anything."

Jia looks back at Hayoon's phone. "Hey wait, there's a picture." They examine the picture and I have a look also.

Oh crap.

You can't see our faces in the photo but it's definately Minjun and I, running from the sasaengs. What makes it worse is that the picture was taken when we were holding hands, just before his hand slipped from my grasp so we could run properly.

Fortunately because of how dark it was, you can't see me properly, or tell that it's a girl.

My heart begins to pound whilst Hayoon, and Jia continue staring at the photo.

"Who's he running with?" Hayoon questions.

Jia shrugs. "Maybe one of the others?"

Hayoon shakes her head. "No it couldn't have been, or the article wouldn't just have Kim Minjun's name in the title."

"Oh that's true." Jia frowns. "Maybe a friend?"

Hayoon shrugs again. "I don't know. But it says here that whoever it was got into a van with him."

I remain silent, biting lip and nodding. "Yeah I don't know who that could be either." I speak up so I don't look suspicious.

Jia sighs and carries on sipping on her coffee. "It'll remain a mystery."

AN HOUR LATER

***

I examine Kim Minjun hat in my hands, running them along the fabric. My fingers touch the cool sensation of the smooth metal from the three rings pierced in them.

It's a pretty nice hat, but why would he give it to me? Mind you he can probably afford many hats, probably has already bought a lot of them. And he just casually gave it to me. I wouldn't be able to give something to someone you've only met twice.

I keep what Changwoo said to me in mind - I need to cover my face in public. It may not seem a big deal but it is to them types of fans. They're probably trying to find me right this second, so I have to try and avoid going out until necessary.
