The world around them moved. They clearly hadn't moved from their position, but the things around them were changing constantly.
Anom knew that their souls were connected, and, as Della had a more powerful soul, it felt like they were inside her soul. Her soul was connected to the world, and it felt like he could explore the whole world just by standing there.
While Della was focusing on creating an imprint, Anom looked around them. He saw stars moving everywhere. Once in a while, planets of various sizes and colors will pass by. He was instantly fascinated. He looked around like a child who has come to the amusement park for the first time.
He saw a blue planet. He kept looking at it for a while, as it reminded him of Earth.
Just as he was about to move his sight away, he found his vision expanding as he felt like he was getting closer to that planet.
He then realized that, as their souls were connected, he could utilize Della's vision to view any area.
He once again focused on that planet. His vision zoomed in until he was able to see everything on the surface clearly.
He saw plants different from what he was familiar with. This planet didn't seem to have any other species. Flora dominated each region. He saw plants removing their roots from the ground and changing places to get to areas with better sunlight. There were some plants that attacked other plants. Even the mountains were covered with vines. Only blue and green colors were visible everywhere.
Anom shifted his attention to another planet.
He kept browsing through them. He found a few with living beings on them. He truly broadened his horizons today, as he hasn't ever seen such variations in life before.
At the moment, he was observing a planet with a humanoid species on it. They were as tall as two average humans, with two eyes, a nose, and a mouth, but no ears, at least not visible to him. Their hairless bodies were crimson. There were clear differences between males and females. They looked like they were not very developed, as there was not any kind of indicator of development around them. And mainly because they were not wearing anything.
He was watching a group of these people surround two of their own kind, fighting each other. It was like a fight for control as the crowd was divided into two.
Their fighting style was primitive, as they traded blows without paying any heed to defense. The fight continued for a while, but the fighter with the biggest group behind him won in the end.
He roared for a while, announcing his supremacy to the crowd. He then walked toward the smallest group while trampling on his opponent.
He caught one of the females standing in the front and took her into the middle, where the fight took place.
The female didn't show any signs of struggle; she even looked excited. The winner brought her to the middle and pushed her down to the ground.
Then he got on top of her and…
"Anom! You're shameless! What are you watching?" Anom was startled by Della's sudden shout.
He looked at her with an expression that said, "What did I do?"
Della's face was red as she looked at him but avoided making eye contact.
"What? I was just touring your world and watching how the various species lived their lives." Anom spoke innocently.
"You…" Della was speechless, as she didn't know what to say.
Seeing her face, Anom chuckled. "I already warned you that you should be prepared to experience similar things in the future." He added, "Hold tight to your emotions; you'll get corrupted by me otherwise."
Della helplessly shook her head; she then smiled as she spoke, "Yeah, you're right. I should get ready to experience this… wild life with you."
They both smiled as Anom pulled her into his embrace. Della didn't reject him as she hugged him back.
"Is it done?" Anom asked.
"Hm, you will feel it when we separate our souls."
"Then I'm fine with not knowing about it."
Della smiled and hugged him tighter as she said, "Let's go back."
"Yeah." Anom laughed and said, "Let's continue this outside."
As soon as he finished speaking, he felt his soul being placed back into the vessel that was his body. He opened his eyes and found that their lips were still connected.
Della had also opened her eyes as they kept their lips and eyes locked.
Della wanted to struggle free, but Anom pushed her down, pressing her underneath. His right hand made its way towards her chest as he pinched the pointy thing on one of her mountains. Della gasped due to the sudden attack. Della wanted to close her mouth, but it was already too late, as Anom took the chance and attacked her mouth with his tongue. Della tried using her tongue to push. But Anom caught her, as her struggle continued for a while before she gave up.
Anom inserted his hand inside her clothes and grabbed one of the peaks directly. The soft sensation made him excited, while Della shivered at the sudden stimulation.
They stayed like this for a while before Anom broke the kiss and backed off.
Della laid on the bed while gasping for breath. Her chest was rising and falling in a mesmerizing rhythm. The crimson color on her beautiful face, along with her soul-stirring curves, made Anom want to jump on her right now.
He took a deep breath and suppressed his urge. He knew that now was not the right time. He once again laid beside her as he stroked her face.
"Let's sleep." Anom spoke in a gentle voice.
Della looked at him, her face still red, and nodded. She moved towards Anom.
Anom put his hand on her waist and pulled her close. They both looked at each other before Anom gave her a kiss on the forehead, and they both hugged each other to sleep.
…
"What's wrong, Cassana? Is there anything on my face?" Della asked when she saw Cassana staring at her.
Cassana moved her gaze as she said, "It's nothing, Mother God." While she was thinking, 'Something's weird. But what is it?'
Anom watched all this from the side with a slight smile on his face as he continued eating his breakfast.
After they were done with the breakfast, they got ready to leave, as it was time for Anom to get out of this place. Although Della was reluctant, she was not that upset as they now had the means to communicate and experience things together.
They made their way out of the cave. They turned to the right as they continued walking until they reached a path leading towards the top of one of the mountains.
As they walked on the path, Cassana asked Della, "Mother God, why are we walking to get there?" before adding, "We could have used the formation outside the cave to reach there in an instant."
"Cassana, I already told you that you can go back if you find it hard to live as a mortal. You don't have to suffer for my sake. Besides, walking like this helps you understand your thoughts better."
"She's right. Besides, you look like you're getting fatter. Today, you ate double the amount of what Della ate." Anom also joined in, as he knew the real reason was Della wanting to spend more time with him before he left.
"You're the fat one! I- I only ate so much because I knew we were going up the mountain while walking. So I had to accumulate extra energy." Cassana justified herself without a hint of shame on her face.
They enjoyed the scenes visible from above the mountain path as they continued on their way. At some point, Della and Anom were walking while holding hands. As for Cassana, she was walking ahead of them after Anom "challenged" her that she couldn't walk faster than him after eating so much.
They would separate their hands whenever Cassana turned around to give Anom a smug look. Anom just played along by showing a defeated expression while shaking his head. This made Cassana pleased, as she walked even faster.
They continued like this for a few hours before arriving at their destination.
