"What about your father?" I continue. "He would have spoilt you as if you were his daughter." He replies quickly. The pain of his heart strikes through all emotions and I feel it within my bones. The feeling like no other, an emptiness in his soul that can never be filled. Tears roll down my cheeks as small whimpers leave my lips unable to handle the sorrow that is coming to light. He flinches my quiet sobs startling him removing him from his haze. "Are you crying? Why are you crying, my female? Is it for me? Don't cry, Lumina." He whispers gently wiping the tears below my eyes with his thumbs. The sobs grow louder and his eyes sadden. "I am okay, my female. I really am, so cease your cries." He continues, lips pecking me all around my face trying to soothe my distress. "It must have been hard." I say whilst he leans closer to me, angling his neck so I can smell him to calm myself. Snuggling into his neck nose sniffing inhaling his scent.
