Ivan
"Easy," Nefera's body started to slide down, so I grabbed her around the waist, holding her up. She had a few drops of sweat on her forehead and looked tired, yet she smiled. "You okay?"
I didn't know why at first, but as she looked up into my eyes, hers glassy from the exertion of what she'd done, I felt them poking at me in the back of my head.
The change wasn't fast, and I didn't suddenly feel the supernatural strength I'd had before, but it was there. In the place in my subconscious where I always saw my wolf, I saw shadows emerging, two of which looked very familiar. A black wolf with a white mark on his head padded over to me, making me grin, feeling that connection to him return. He looked even bigger than before, and when he reached me, he nearly knocked me to the ground, even my physical form stumbling against the stall door. It was like being reunited with a brother; that was happening.
