"Have you heard anything?" I looked at Elane when she handed me the glass of lemonade.
"Only from Gamma Vince, Luna. I'm sorry," She winced, wary of my reaction. "He isn't pleased with what you did, but he understands. He also said he'd be here once he was sure everything was safe."
I was worried.
The last time anyone heard from Ivan was when they'd left. I understood that things were radio silent, but we should have heard something from someone by now. Maybe it was asking a lot after only an hour and a half, but I couldn't get the bad feeling out of my gut. Granted, that might also be my three pups still growing. Everyone was fascinated and horrified as they watched me balloon up in front of their eyes. It would've been funny if it wasn't terrifying.
"Ivan will be fine," Alister muttered, focusing on the braid he had made with his short hair. "He's not going in there blind."
