As we rode into the city, we were shocked beyond believe what we saw was a city with medieval and magical theme in harmony bringing a heavenly realm to the mortal plane or so I thought. over hanging floating bridges that were interconnected with one another as people and other species walked above us high above near treetops, they can see ariel species fly above them and monkeys swing from treetops staring at them eye to eye and pickpocketing occasional distracted tourist in the city. the marvel white stone paved street delicately connected with no gaps in-between. architectural designs were impressive compared to our rundown town it was like heaven and earth at the end we saw the shadow of the grand keep standing solitary above clouds overlooking the misty woods. where the baron of freymont fiefdom reside. We continue to ride slowly towards the city we saw the streets lined with all types of vendors from different races selling various wares. from food to weird artifacts and herbs and weapons anything you wish to buy you could buy in Black Oak City. with one exception slaves we didn't allow slavery of any sorts violators would be persecuted to the fullest extent of the law them and their families' all the way to the 4th generation would be decapitated. I know really extreme but understand, we humans were at the bottom of the food chain in a way. we couldn't have our own kind turn on each other and reducing our strength due to in-fighting. we were facing threats on all fronts from east to west and north to south we in the middle. we did manage to have a small but strong kingdom in the north and south but most of territories were claimed but non-humans like the polar Osorians who dominated the frigid cold of the north the Diamond Bear tribe as they were better known. they're a subspecies of the Osorians who resembled polar bears but walked on hind legs and forearms so strong snapping a human like a twig was easy. even for their cubs. While in the south it was dominated by the Aurochians though not all of them were against being reckless warmongers towards us humans and our allies the few good or rather neutral of them had bad reputation due to the many who do heinous acts towards us. And the few good Aurochians were thus looked down upon and discriminated against even if they were peaceful and choose to live among us humans. while in the east we were facing the biggest threat we faced so far, the orcs they lived in the eastern mountains and the desolate plains. and few Osorian tribes also resides in the east like The Grizzlies another subspecies of the Osorians and very aggressive they lived in the sparse forests and lower mountains of the east and were omnivores just like us humans. and small subspecies of Osorians the black bears subspecies also lived in the east in short Osorians lived all throughout Tyndareus and had many different sub species in their own tribes but in time of war campaigns they came together as a nation besides that they were separate. And west of us were the biggest neutral faction of all the Taurens whose only loyalty was money there was a saying that they loved money so much they would kill their own kin and family if the pay was right their motto was " What is honor, it's just rust on our weapons honor doesn't feed or clothe us ". they were dangerous due to their strength they perfected their craft of slaughter over the centuries they even had coliseums in which they partook in fights to the death for fun not for no reason simply for the thrill of battle. if we had to be vigilant against a race as a whole, they probably outranked the orcs but unlike the orcs lucky for us they didn't have much unity as we stated their loyalty was to whoever paid the most. and their religion was war. now why I Cyrus am stating this is for you to see why we don't condone slavery of our kind between us or any other for that reason for we were superior to brutes who only believed in such backwards thinking. as we proceeded to move further along the road, we heard trumpets and we saw a regiment of soldiers donning all black muscular body armor with black Corinthian helmets with black plume on top, black leather pants black waist armor with black leg greaves and black plate leg armor making them have an intimidation and badass factor. marching in towards the front gate of the city which we just came through. they had a bannerman with them. and they carried the army flag an obsidian black banner with a giant Golden Cross. one glance and we knew who they were the black saint army. despite their name they weren't religious for religion doesn't exist here in Tyndareus we all just give thanks to the heavens but no god or saints for that matter. reason they were called the Black Saints was due to ancient times they were comprised of the bravest men and first army to rise to fight and protect our people to die for us and give us hope they survived since then and they have unparalleled prestige among friends and Foes alike on the battlefield their one of the deadliest of warriors their motto was "they only thing we look up to is the sky". As we made way for them, we then resumed our journey to the city plaza where are the apprentice workshop were located and where the crafts masters were recruiting their apprentice. Cyrus sighed " can't wait to get this over with I think I have saddle rash". Diana replied " we just need to go to Hayword Keep and meet the baron, almost there but first we must dismount our horses here and go by foot only knights and messengers are allowed entry to the keep on horse. Alyssa responds, "Diana is right we must first find some stables to rent and hurry we can't keep the baron waiting'.
