Chapter 10 - NOTICE 2 (I'm sorry for the delay)

I'm uploading the next chapter 3 days from now and every other week(that's 1 per 2 weeks) and if I get faster then my releases by a significant amount I'll try 1 a week then make them progressively longer till my writing speed is slightly faster then the publishing speed so I have a couple spare chapters for emergency purposes
