"Alpha Logan. Are you listening to me at all?" Logan was staring at the screen of his computer, but honestly, his attention was totally somewhere else. What he was thinking about at that very moment, was how he was going to see his mate again. He still haven't been able to think straight or focused at work, because his thoughts was crowded with the thoughts of his mate and nothing else.
"Alpha Logan..."
The stress attached to his name made him snap out of his deep thoughts.
"Yes?"
His beta heaved a long sigh before staring back at him.
"Do you realized that you've not been yourself for a while now?"
"Huh? What do you mean?
"You know what I mean Alpha Logan. And I know you are thinking about your mate right at this very moment.
"Okay, I'm thinking about her, so?"
His beta stared at him wide eyed. Just then, he realized what he had just said.
