My eyes were not deceiving me, and I was certain of that fact when I saw June by his side. "When did you get here?" I asked him.
"We got here a couple of minutes after you did, I happened to see you on your way out and seized him by force, since we didn't know where you stayed, we just tailed behind you." June answered. Nelson didn't look like he was having that much of a swell time, the annoyed look on his face said it all.
The two were served a cup of tea, but that was nowhere near enough to kill the awkwardness that had filled the room, the Ryan's looked like they had no idea on how to deal with the situation before them.
"Well then, can you explain why you're here?" Mrs Ryan asked.
"I know Nelson has not much of a good reputation, but this isn't about him at the moment. We're planning to seek out Alpha's who have Mates we're familiar with, in summary, people your age, at the moment they're the only ones who we could reason with." June spoke.
