I sat silent for days, anxiously waiting for the day Nelson and I were going to have our conversation. I felt utterly disturbed by the sleepless night I had as I waited for Nelson's answer, with each passing day, I had been undoubtedly alert to my entire surrounding even if it wasn't what I wanted and it angered me to be without peace.
"I'll come over right away," Daniel said on the phone. I went out to meet with him in the living room where he was. Daniel stood from the couch, leading me by the shoulder as he forced me to take a seat and then sat next to me to relay to me the situation at hand. "It's good you're here, there's an urgent call, I need to go to the studio tomorrow."
I stared at him for a while, he's been home for a couple of days ever since I arrived from the hospital, he's taken a couple of days off already and messed up his schedule because of me. He can't keep this up.
