"Mom, I want this red one," Lia pointed at the carrots in the soup bowl. "I like it. It tastes sweet."
"Do you want more carrots?" Vania replied softly.
Lia nodded her head. Her face looked impatient to enjoy the sliced carrots that had been cooked along with other soup vegetables.
"Lia, you like carrots, don't you? Smart girl," Hayam rubbed Lia's head. He was happy because Lia wanted to eat vegetables.
Young children arere usually picky eaters. Some of the children do not like vegetables and fruit. Hayam often heard these complaints from several housewives.
"Dad, Daddy like those reds?" asked Lia. She looked at Hayam with a twinkle in her eyes.
"Yes, carrots are vegetables. Daddy can eat all the vegetables to be healthy, "said Hayam. He bared his arms and patted them like a bodybuilder.
