"Finally Duke Kleo found out," Lyra muttered, having just finished taking a shower. The maids who served her had also finished applying her makeup and doing her hair. Now she was outside the room, near the flower garden.
"Found out about what, My Lady?" asked Gena, who Lyra had called that morning, including Ela. Duke Kleo said that apart from serving her, the two maids could be summoned at any time for a talk. Because of that, quite a few maids were envious of Ela and Gena, who seemed to be overflowing with luck.
"Something," Lyra nodded, sitting gracefully. The sun was high, burning brightly on the eastern horizon. The clouds dared not touch it, which curled up like cotton candy.
