Bai Lan was momentarily stunned by his words, then took a closer look at him, and found his expression serious and his gaze steady, not wavering.
He didn't seem to be lying.
"Su Qian is the National Goddess—you didn't know?" Bai Lan's voice drew out long.
Zhou Shengting furrowed his eyebrows and then shook his head.
"What does it have to do with me? And how could she be more beautiful than my darling?" Zhou Shengting said earnestly.
Bai Lan couldn't help but burst out laughing, incredulous, feeling like the sun was about to rise from the west.
This man could now speak sweet nothings.
"But isn't she the spokesperson for your company?" Bai Lan asked somewhat nonchalantly.
Zhou Shengting knitted his eyebrows, thinking hard for a moment. It seemed that day he recalled a woman being chosen as the spokesperson for a subsidiary.
The advertising department was in charge of that; he wasn't involved, just happened upon it.
He had no clear memory of what that woman looked like.
