Domenico could only grind his teeth at Ezequiel's calm reply. This man in front of him could really get under his skin. It was taking all of him to not jump to the other side of the river and end him.
Amada could sense the anger and hate coming from Domenico and she could not help but smile wickedly knowing that his pride was taking a big blow at the realization that no matter how much he wanted to, he could not touch the demon, Ezequiel.
As if to pour salt to the wound Amada reached over to Domenico and placed her body behind his. Her voluptuous breasts resting on his broad back and in an ever sweet and sensual voice, she tipped tow to get closer to his ear and whispered, "Remember you cannot touch him. He is beyond your reach and that is an order not even you can break." Her sweet and enticing voice was a beautiful melody that anyone would fall for, but not Domenico. He could read pass that sweetness that threaten to make him explode.
His anger was sky rocking. Ezequiel could feel it as well as see it. The being in front of him was holding on to his last straw of self-control. Any moment now he was going to attack or at least that was the prediction they all had as his eyes blazed with a dark light so intense that it was sure to scare even the strongest soldier on his side. Then with a strong force that no one saw coming, Domenico reached over and pushed Amada to the ground
Everyone, who had just witnessed this action could do nothing but observe how Domenico paced back and forth in front of Amada who did not even attempt to get up. Everyone could feel it in the air, Domenico was about to snap. The fallen on his side could not hide the smile on their angelic faces. It was a smile of anticipation for the words that were sure to be spilled from Domenico's mouth at any moment. Reaching for their weapons the fallen smirked and licked their lips in fervor. It was without a doubt a picture that ooze evilness.
Ezequiel thought that they looked like rabid wolfs who were itching to sink their teeth on their prey's neck. Whatever it was that was in front of him, they were no longer divine creatures who lived by the balance. They looked like dark, vengeful animals that craved destruction.
Ezequiel and his entourage had no choice, but to pull out their swords and weapons to ready for the attack that was obviously coming, but suddenly and without reason all the darkness and anger that was coming from Domenico disappeared in a blink of an eye, as if it had never been there to begin with. The anger was gone, but in its place something sinister arrived.
Domenico stopped his pacing and closed his eyes, taking in a deep breath. Moments later, when he opened his eyes, the fury was gone, and his clear gray eyes were as calmed as ever. The storm had passed but it was obvious that something was left behind, lingering deep in the depths of his gaze.
For Ezequiel it was nearly impossible to believe that at some point in his lifetime, Domenico had been an angel because right now all that Domenico emitted was greed and violence. Darkness had taken over his soul and created the vengeful being that had presented itself to him.
Turning his attention to Amada, Domenico smiled. It was a wicked smile that did not reach his eyes, "You are right my dear. My orders were crystal clear: Deliver the message and let them, let him," Domenico said, with his gaze firmly directed at Ezequiel, "leave, at least for now. And that is what we shall do." Then with that wicked smile still plaster on his face Domenico took a few steps towards the river, "Your answer my lord? Our leader would want to know."
"Do you even have to ask?" Charles exclaimed.
"Of course not, but since this was my task, I intend to follow it even even when the answer is exactly what I expected." Domenico was taking a completely different approach. Although, his aura was oozing with hate his exterior was controlled, and this was alarming, "You may go and think it over. If you change your mind, you know where to find me, although if you do come back do not expect the same welcome."
And just as Domenico was finishing up a younger fallen demon approached him and whispered on his ear. Whatever the news was, Domenico's appearance changed. The evil smile that had not reached his eyes transformed to a sickening grin that could only be described as licentious.
Looking at him from afar, Ezequiel was confused and troubled at the same time. Whatever it was that Domenico was informed about, it was not part of either of their plans. And for a reason that he could not understand Ezequiel felt his body grow colder by the minute.
"Well, my friends, it seems as if I have to bid you farewell," His sickening smile could not be hidden, "It seems as if a little angel just stumbled upon our forest, and I am dying to welcome her."
Amada who at this point had already gotten up from the ground, was just as confused as the group across from the river. Then without a warming Domenico stood behind her. His right arm hugging her upper body from behind. Pulling her body to his sturdy chest and then without warning as if it was the most natural thing in the world, he slid his right hand inside her cleavage groping her breast, taunting her nipple for everyone to see. Amada stayed frozen on her spot. Although her eyes were screaming disgust it was obvious this was something she was used to. Domenico leaned over to rest his chin on the crook of her neck and locked eyes with Ezequiel, his disturbing smirk not leaving him. "Amada, dear, you are right," Domenico said while pulling at her breast until it was exposed, "I cannot touch them, but there was no order about not touching Elysium's daughter." His smile was as wicked as it was disgusting.
