[The video continues.]
[Kang the Conqueror slowly said...]
["That first variant encountered a creature, created from all the tears in reality, capable of consuming time and space itself."]
["A creature... you both know."]
[Loki whispered, "Alioth."]
["Bingo!"]
[Speaking of that, Kang the Conqueror's expression gradually turned ferocious...]
["I harnessed the beast's power and began experimenting on it."]
["I weaponised Alioth, and I ended... I ended! the Multiversal war!"]
["Once I isolated out timeline... all I had to do was manage the flow of time, and prevent any further branches."]
["Hence! The TVA!"]
[Kang the Conqueror climbed to his desk with a face of fanaticism.]
["Hence, the Time-Keepers and a highly efficient bureaucracy. Hence, ages... and ages of cosmic harmony!"]
["Hence..."]
[Kang the Conqueror squatted on his desk. He opened his hands with a smile.]
["Your welcome."]
[These two Lokis looked stiff and sat there speechless.]
[Kang the Conqueror had a strange smile on his face.]
["You came to kill the devil, right?"]
["Well, guess what? I keep you safe."]
[Kang the Conqueror's expression suddenly turned a little bleak.]
["And, if you think I'm evil, well... just wait, till you meet my variants."]
[Loki and Sylvie looked at each other and remained silent.]
[Then, Kang the Conqueror suddenly burst out laughing again.]
["Anddddd... that's the gambit!"]
["Stifling order or cataclysmic chaos!"]
["You may hate the dictator, but something ... far worse is gonna fill that void if you dispose of him."]
[Looking at Sylvie, Kang frankly said, "I've lived a million lifetimes. I've gone through every scenario."]
["This is the only way."]
[Kang the Conqueror suddenly exhaled a sigh of relief. "The TVA, it works."]
Seeing that, the otherworldly live stream room was silent for a moment, and then it stirred.
"Are you kidding? This guy has done so many bad things, and now he's acting as if he's a saint?"
Wanda stomped her foot with a look of indignation and grunted in exasperation...
"Over the years, how many people had they pruned as variants and thrown into Alioth's stomach?"
"Does he think doing something like that is fine?"
With a stony expression, Strange said, "I think he's not saying that doing something like that is the right thing, but because it's the only way."
"A necessary evil? Tsk, saying something like that to justify one's actions is nothing new."
Tony shook his head dismissively, then changed the subject.
"In contrast, I'm more interested in the other information that he gave away."
"Isolating the timeline?" Loki thoughtfully said.
"That's right!"
Tony was in high spirits and spoke eloquently...
"Now, we're 100% sure that this guy isn't capable of condensing the multiverse into one Sacred Timeline."
"All he should be able to do is to isolate that timeline from the other universes somehow."
"And for that to happen, this timeline must remain single forever, with no branches. Otherwise, the isolation would be broken!"
"Why?"
Peter listened with some confusion.
"What does the appearance of a new time branch have to do with the Multiverse?"
Touching his chin, Tony mused...
"It's possible that this guy is worried about the emergence of a new variant of himself."
"Or ... there's a limit to how much he could isolate this Sacred Timeline in this universe."
"Once a new universe appears along with many time branches, this Sacred Timeline would collapse, and those other evil versions of him would take notice."
"Humph!"
Loki heard that and sneered...
"Such a coward. And to think he had the guts to say he was the one who ended the Multiversal War..."
Stephen Strange thoughtfully said...
"Yes, it seems that was just another lie."
"That Multiversal War, if it really happened, then this guy wouldn't be the winner. Or, that war is still going on to this day!"
"This guy is just doing the same thing as that old Loki. Looking for a remote corner of the universe, to isolate himself and hide!"
"Those other variants of the guy must be alive and well in other universes!"
Hearing these words, the crowd in the otherworldly live stream room was instantly horrified and shocked.
Just that one Kang on-screen, showing how he was able to control time, had already terrified them.
How could they keep calm knowing that there were more of such figures throughout the Multiverse?
"That is to say ..."
Tony Stark murmured...
"Kang established the Time Variance Authority because he was afraid of the Multiversal War or his other evil variants."
"He wants to keep this separated, uncontested Sacred Timeline as safe as possible!! So, he went out of his way to use the TVA to prune any branch that may be harmful to his Sacred Timeline!"
Hearing that, the crowd nodded in their hearts. At the same time, they were all on guard.
'The Multiverse itself ... can also bring harm!'
They wondered how many evil and vicious Kangs were out there, trying to conquer ... or even destroy the rest of the Multiverse.
[The video continued.]
At this point, Sylvie accused Kang the Conqueror of being a liar. On the other hand, Loki argued that Kang shouldn't continue to prune innocent time branches.]
[In the face of the accusations between the two, Kang laughed and revealed his cards.]
["Now it's your turn."]
["What?"]
[Both Lokis were puzzled.]
["There are two options!"]
[Kang shook his fingers with excitement.]
["One... you kill me and destroy all this, so you don't just have one devil. You have an infinite amount."]
["Or ..." Kang had a relieved smile on his face.]
["You two. You two run everything."]
[Hearing that the other party would hand over the entire timeline, Loki's face didn't look excited. He coldly said...]
["You're lying."]
["Why would you give up being in control?"]
[Loki seemed to have hit a nerve, and Kang's smile faded away. Finally, he helplessly sighed.]
["Buddy... I'm tired. And, I'm older."]
["I'm older than I look."]
[After saying these words, Kang's cheerful temperament suddenly vanished, leaving only endless exhaustion.]
["This game is for the young, the hungry."]
["I've gone through a lot of scenarios... Trying to find the right person to take this spot."]
["And it turns out that person... came in two."]
[Kang reached out his hands and pointed to Sylvie and Loki, respectively.]
["But it's definitely you two."]
["So... no more lies."]
[Kang had a sage-like expression on his face...]
["You kill me, and the Sacred Timeline is completely exposed. Multiversal war..."]
["Or you take over and return to the TVA as its benevolent rulers."]
["Tell the workforce who they are and why they do what they do. Everything is up to you."]
[Looking at Kang's indifferent smile, Sylvie coldly said...]
["You treated real people's lives like some kind of game."]
[Kang helplessly said...]
["It's nothing personal, It's practical."]
[Sylvie gritted her teeth, "It was personal to me!"]
[Now, Kang seemed to have completely broken down and yelled at Sylvie.]
["Grow up! Grow up, Sylvie!"]
["Murderer! Hypocrite! We're all villains here."]
["We've all done horrible, terrible, horrific things."]
["But now, we, you..."]
[Kang tried to put on a serious expression.]
["Have a chance to do them for a good reason."]
Seeing that, Peter asked with some confusion...
"What exactly does this guy mean? Why would he give up power to his two enemies unconditionally?"
Tony coldly said...
"It's very simple. Maintaining this single Sacred Timeline isn't something that an ordinary person can do. It requires wisdom, courage, alertness and endless patience!"
"This old guy has been doing it for god knows how long. Looks like he can't hold on anymore."
"He's exhausted."
Stephen Strange gently nodded.
Even if his physical body is nearly immortal, his spirit must have its limits.
At this point, Loki sneered again.
"So, he went to great lengths to find two people... who could break through countless hardships and obstacles all the way to the end of time to face him. Those two Lokis!"
"In the whole universe, I'm afraid taking on the TVA and forcing Kang himself to this extent would be unprecedented!"
Hearing Loki's high opinion of himself, surprisingly, no one in the live streaming room contradicted him.
After all, Loki and Sylvie's magnificent ups and downs had left a deep impression on the hearts of these people.
Even Tony, who was the most ambitious, could hardly do better than Loki and Sylvie if he was in their position.
Then Peter suddenly asked.
"Mr Loki, if you were in that Loki's position on the screen, what would you choose?"
Before Loki could open his mouth, he heard Tony laugh...
"Do you even need to ask? With such a great opportunity in front of Loki's eyes, how could he possibly pass it up?"
"Humph!"
It seems that Tony was right, and Loki glared at him. But he quickly gathered his expression and frankly said.
"Whether we kill this Kang or not, there are countless other Kangs in the Multiverse."
"Instead of taking the risk ... of having monsters of unknown horror staring at our universe. It would be better to just take over Time Variance Authority and give the organisation a complete makeover. Into a ... er ... force for good."
"Force for good?"
Hearing Loki talk halfheartedly, young Wanda's face was full of black lines. The way she looked at Loki changed.
"You really need to update your lying skills. Do you really expect everyone to believe you?"
"Don't underestimate human stupidity."
Stephen Strange had a wry look on his face, but he interjected anyway...
"I now finally know why there's a President Loki. A guy like Loki is full of lies and good at fooling people. He should never come to America... he might really become President."
[The video continued.]
[Trying to convince the two Lokis, the expression on Kang's face suddenly changed.]
[Then, with a strained face, he said, "I fibbed earlier when I said I know how everything was going to go. I knew... everything up to a certain point."]
[At the same time, outside this castle, the sacred timeline surrounding the end of the time also began to diverge.]
[It seems that even this Sacred Timeline had begun to evolve into a new Multiverse!]
[Facing Kang's words, Loki asked...]
["So that's it? That's it? This is what happens at the end of time? And now you're just gonna sit there with all that freedom and... let us decide your fate?"]
[Kang was very bold, saying that the two Lokis would either take over his position or kill him with one blow and then face countless Kangs from the Multiverse.]
["Even if you kill me, I just end up right back here anyways."]
[Kang spread out his hands and helplessly said, "Reincarnation, baby."]
[Sylvie thought it was still a trick, and Kang replied by simply taking the time watch off his hand, indicating that he was defenceless and no different from an ordinary person.]
[Placing the time watch on his hand, which was powerful enough to control the time on the table, Kang seemed to enjoy the feeling of sheer powerlessness.]
["Wow! I love this... I love all this honesty."]
["Feels like a fresh start."]
[Seeing that the enemy had removed his shield, Sylvie rushed up without saying anything.]
[Loki also immediately got up to stop her. He grabbed Sylvie by the shoulder.]
[Seeing that the enemy was right at her fingertips, Sylvie's anger was utterly uncontainable. She turned around and placed her blade under Loki's neck.]
["What are you doing?" Sylvie roared.]
["Hang on a moment..."]
[Loki reached for Sylvie's right wrist and whispered...]
["Let's just talk about it."]
