The cold voice slithered through Emerson's consciousness. She couldn't hear the voice, it was more like the voice was projected into her mind. 'Telepathy?' Emerson questioned.
"I asked you a question, girl" the voice said once more.
Emerson was frozen in fear. The voice wanted to know what she was, but what did she know? How does she answer that? And of course all the while those eyes were staring at her, unblinking. The black mist now surrounded Emerson completely somehow blocking the power of her soul from seeing anything. With that Emerson decided to stop using her soul searching skill and see again with her physical eyes. When she opened them she was alone. The black mist was gone and they eyes staring at her was now nothing more that a feeling of death looming over her head. But Emerson could still feel the voice in her head waiting for an answer to its question.
"Umm… I-I'm a human." Emerson stammered aloud.
The voice paused, as if considering her words before saying, "I can see that you are a half-human and your other bloodline may be hiding itself inside you but I can tell it's powerful." The voice mused. "But that's not what I mean. No matter what bloodline one of your parents may be, it's simply impossible for you to have that much spiritual energy. Now I ask again, what are you? Lie to me and I will destroy you."
Emerson hesitated. She really didn't know what to say. Should she tell the truth? Would the voice even believe or kill her because of her story? Emerson decided to take a risk as power started to bloom in her chest.
In the center of the Eternal Forest there is a mountain. All the inhabitants of the forest know that the ruler lives in that mountain. Stay away from the mountain if you want to live. Should the rulers eyes gaze on you, you may be come a meal. All those who live in the forest try to avoid the gaze of the ruler at all costs.
On a peak of this mountain the ruler laid in her nest staring out at her domain. Taking interest in a particular half human who had caught her eye with the girls extremely strong spiritual power. The ruler asked her question and made her statement and waited for the girls reply. Suddenly the girl seemed to glow. Power leaked out of every pour of her body as she turned her head to stare in the direction of the ruler. She was stunned! How could this little human find her abode? And those eyes. Pure white, flowing like fog. They unnerved the ruler, almost like the girl had seen through the rulers soul. Was this fear? That was new for her. The ruler unfurled her wings and decided to bring the girl to her and see her up close.
Emerson activated her Void Eyes skill and focused on the paid of eyes in her mind. As she did she was able to see a faint black line connecting her mind to a far away peak. Emerson followed the black line to its end and when she did the black mist suddenly swirled around her body she looked down, cancelling her skill. When she looked up Emerson was in a completely different place. She was up on the peak of the mountain she saw! Emerson quickly turned around and came face to face with the ruler.
Emerson was stunned. She was standing before a real life griffon! The griffon stared at her and Emerson stared right back, completely frozen by the creatures majestic and terrifying beauty. It was at least 20 feet tall with a wingspan the size of a house. It had the head of a hawk with a vicious looking beak and those piercing yellow eyes. It had the body, tail and back legs of a lion. It's front paws we're not paws but the legs of a hawk with talons sharp like swords and as big as Emerson's arms. While the tail was like a lion it was also different. At the end of the tail was a cluster of razor sharp spikes like a baseball bat with nails in it. The griffons entire body was snow white with streaks of gold through the fur and feathers.
"Beautiful…" Emerson whispered. The griffon looked at her and smirked? Well smirked as much as a bird face can, like it knew it was beautiful and enjoyed the complement.
White light suddenly shone from the griffons body and Emerson had to look away from the blinding light. When she felt that it was safe to look the griffon was gone, in its place was a breathtakingly beautiful woman in its place. The woman had pale skin like snow and long blonde hair down to the small of her back. She had sharp features reminiscent of her former hawk like face and
pointed ears. She was wearing a white silk gown that showed off her impressive cleavage and went down to her mid thighs. And on her back were a pair of white fluffy wings spanning at least ten feet total. She was like an angel descended from heaven in front of Emerson. Emerson, being super gay and very awkward in front of beautiful ladies, out of nowhere blurted out, "will you be my girlfriend?"
