Everyone had gathered, a sudden call from Arzlan had made them curious.
"Alright, we better get started! The reason I summoned you must be urgent business, I want to hear your opinion on the name of the village I will give! I already have one name that I have thought of before, this name has the meaning of nature that is Noctem!"
Everyone looked at each other, no one knew the term Arzlan said. The name sounded strange to their ears.
Otoyura asked, "N-Master can you explain the meaning of that name?"
"The meaning of Noctem is the 'night' of the night is quite scary, but if we look at the sky then there will be a beautiful stretch of stars. Noctem is a village that will radiate darkness to this world, everyone will see this village from various perspectives!"
The meaning of Arzlan's words sounded quite complicated to them, but they could generally understand it. Stars can be likened to people who will see the darkness of the night, night can also be interpreted as a scary situation, but if they want to learn that night is an event that can show its beautiful side too.
"I think it's a fitting name, we under the same sky will always be able to see the stars in the same night with the same feeling too!" said Ashura.
Hearing that everyone started to look at Arzlan, those gazes already showed they accepted what Arzlan said.
After the name was agreed upon, Arzlan should be able to announce it to everyone. From the top of the altar Arzlan stood who everyone was staring at, every time he was there it made everyone's heart tremble. His majestic figure had instilled a strong belief in everyone.
"Everyone!" Arzlan's booming voice instantly caught everyone's attention. "Now that I've decided on the right name for our village, I'll name it Noctem. In this village, no, this place will become wider. We will build a civilization in which there is no oppression or violence, all races can live in it without fear and discrimination!"
"Whoa!"
They all cheered loudly
Arzlan felt this way for the first time, before there was only suffering and he still felt that this was not reality. He remembered the time when he was still in school and constantly getting bullied from every single one of his classmates, the memory was so strong that it was hard for him to erase.
Arzlan doesn't want everyone who has put their trust in him to be humiliated or those who insult other creatures.
That goal has made Arzlan's mind to be much different than before.

People there more excited, they wanted to soon make the village even more magnificent.
They began to accept each other.
The next day.
Liam came into the room.
"Master Arzlan, I apologize for this impudence!"
"What's wrong?" Arzlan senses that Liam has something bad to say.
"I just received a report, from the southern forest there was an attack on the elves who were looking for fruit! They were attacked by strange creatures that are goblins!"
"Goblins…." Arzlan narrowed his eyes.
Soon he met the victims who were attacked, they lay weak in the treatment room. Several female elves who could use healing magic had already been mobilized to provide a first handle, but the attacks they received were hard to recover.
"What happened?" asked Arzlan to one of the victims whose eyes were still open.
"M-Master Arzlan, we were just attacked by goblins, there are far more of them! We barely survived!"
The man seemed to be in pain as he tried to explain what had happened.
Arzlan opened his palm. "Reverse Energy!"
Slowly the man's wound closed by itself, but the condition of that man's body must still be considered.
Almost everyone there was hit by a poisonous attack that could be fatal, even if the healing magic had closed the wounds on their bodies they still needed to rest their metabolism.

Next, Arzlan gathers Liam with the elves who serve as security.
"I'm going to investigate the southern region, so you guys have to protect everyone here!"
"Master Arzlan, isn't that too dangerous?" asked Liam.
"Do you doubt your leader's decision?" Arzlan reversed the question using a firm tone.
"N-No, I'm sorry! I didn't mean to doubt you!"
"I see, you guys don't have to worry about me! I have an unfinished task, I will not die before I can complete it!"
Liam felt really stupid, he didn't realize the great determination that was in his leader's body.
"Now it's all up to you, even if I'm gone for a while you have to be careful!"
"Okay!" answer everyone.
Arzlan started to walk away, he continued into the forest. In his heart he couldn't wait to see what kind of surprise he would get.
The atmosphere of the forest changed drastically, Arzlan's body had felt something bad that was indeed very terrible. The forest seemed to be staring at him, he understood that maybe it was a natural course of action because something similar had happened before.
Arzlan was not affected by that, his footsteps didn't stop at all. Then he had to stop due to the hordes of green creatures that had confronted him.
"Hooh… so these are the goblins!"
The goblins gave grinning eyes full of lust, they wanted to eat Arzlan's body quickly. Arzlan imagines what it would be like if he was a woman, and indeed there were women there.
Arzlan looked back, enough to surprise him. In the fact Alisha was secretly following Arzlan.
"Goblins..." Alisha growled.
"Why are you here?"
"Sorry, I was worried earlier so decided to follow Master!"
"Secretly!"
Alisha chuckled with an embarrassed face.
"Huh… well never mind! We'd better get rid of these monsters now!"
"Fine!"
The goblins started to move, their number was around 20. Nothing could escape Arzlan's sword, moving with the wind Arzlan's sword was rushing.
Alisha also continued to shoot her arrows at the goblins.
The fight wasn't that much fun, Arzlan just used regular moves to deliver the slash.
After 10 minutes of fighting all the goblins fell in a pathetic state.
"It's true that goblins are weak creatures, but they have a very extraordinary cunning!"
They stepped back until they saw an old building, the building was guarded by two goblins wielding long spears.
