Viscount Sera Territory
While their people were starving, the members of Sera's family were having a pretty big party for their family. Served warm food at their table, and cold drinks were ready at the dinner table. Sera's family also spent a lot of money to hire a band to celebrate this event.
Of course, even though they labeled this as a family event, many other Nobles were invited. Especially from Duke Conrad's Faction. Although because of what happened to Gustave at that time because of his recklessness against Issac, the relationship between Sera and Conrad became tenuous. But due to several things that happened, Sera finally decided to re-align with Conrad. It is a wishy-washy political stance. But that is understandable.
