Author's Note: Hello! As you can see, I am finally back from the dead. Now, how do I go about explaining my disappearance. Well, firstly, I am a lazy bum who sometimes can't muster up any effort so, I apologize for that. Secondly, the actual chapter with my drawings will come out tomorrow as there is an important meeting I have to attend to. If you are reading this then, I most likely already came back home from the meeting and is now trying to finish as much of my drawings as possible. After all, I can only really present my best if I have been hinting this since the End of Volume 2, right?

So, let's see.
What kind of trivia can I safely disclose right now without revealing anything way too important? Um, well, how about some general information about many of the characters that have been introduced so far?
We have been introduced to several new characters this volume, haven't we? Let's start with the regal ones first. As you know if you've read this far, we have seen some of the other nations in this world. Of course, some of them opted to not participate in that meeting so, the ones there were not the only ones in the world.
We have also finally met our first elves and beastmen in this world. Lastly, we met the royal family of the largest nation in the world: The Elysian Empire. We still haven't met the Empress but, we have met the Emperor and his 2 children, the Prince and Princess.
If you've forgotten their names, here they are. The Emperor's name is Zenos. His middle name is Geminus, which came from Gemini, and you'll find out the reason why I chose that as his name soon. The son is named Kaiser, or Kai for short. Kaiser is a word which means German Emperor, which reflects what he will become in the future.
The daughter, on the other hand, is named Callisto, which is a name associated with the stars. This is then reflected by her wish for freedom and traveling, the absolute opposite of her brother. Anyways, let's go back to the major events happening on Luscia's side.
If you have been wondering why Animus seems to be different than before then, this is the reason...
Keep reading to know why. That is the only answer I can provide you with.
Moving on, we come back to the deuteragonist of this series, Luscia. As you know, she has been completely deprived of her ability to feel emotions but, I tried to make it seem as realistic as possible as it is a rare condition by trying to know how people with similar circumstances perceive the outside and other people.
Sierra, on the other hand, is still very much the same but, it looks like she is trying to stay with Luscia as much as possible as, even though she has many friends, it seems she is closest with Luscia. Alright, now, the moment you've been waiting for.
What about Alex?... And the fact that a familiar character literally bumped into him?
Well, to answer your question about who that familiar character is then, just analyze that chapter a bit more and you'll get it in time. As for Alex, he is still working hard to find the Thunder Beast. And, it seems that his hard work might pay off as he has had a most unexpected encounter with a certain old man with ravens.
Definitely not inspired by Odin and his ravens, Huginn and Muninn.
Oh, and of course, we can't forget about our main antagonist! Mister Astaroth is one of the more mysterious individuals but, is deeply tied into the lore so please, wait for the reveal. Those dreams that both him and Alex had in earlier chapters is also directly tied into the lore as well so, go ahead and make theories already. I don't mind.
Also, if you've forgotten about our own split-but-now-whole-again silver girl then, rightfully so. Don't worry, she's coming back, along with some other characters from early on. You just have to wait and see. Oh and a friendly announcement.
This chapter and the drawings chapter will be releasing today. No word on whether the first chapter of the 5th Volume will released though. If not today then, the drawings chapter and the 1st chapter will be releasing alongside each other tomorrow on Friday, as per schedule. Just wait for my (terrible) drawings to come through!
All right, time for the teaser now!
The life of an adventurer is not so easy as to accommodate all of one's needs. The path of the Hero is even harder. While Alex continues on his journey to unseal the Thunder Beast, he meets two unlikely people, each with their roles reversed. One as a mentor, with the other as a pupil.
Darkness seeps into the Kragstelo Continent but a ray of light shines through the clouds as the crystal moon rises! Sierra finds out how hard it is to go with her best friend and accepts a mysterious deal! (foreshadowing???)
The Divine Thunder Beast, Anemo Ladrius comes ever so close to being unsealed as Alex makes new allies and struggles to keep his secrets!
