The winds pick up over the battlefield the winds of destiny blowing in my favor, as I look up at Shohei Chitsu, the bastard who beat down Zexis. He has a contraption of his own which is lodged into his arm and a large blade the size of odachi attached to it. He may be fixed but he is still that scared coward who pleaded for his life. One more Chitsu dog and no doubt him and his troops turned on those poor soldiers who feared for his life. "Say Shohei why don't you open the door to this nice castle for us and bring us in like the good little Chitsu dog you are! I don't have to tell you what happened to the Shinjitai daimyo do I!?" I shout at him waving my hand for him to come down. "Not a chance in hell you Oda dog!! You won't even be able to take a step into this cast-." I quickly draw the flintlock from my holster aiming for his skull I blast it, the outcome of this action was multiple holes opening up across his face with the brain matter leaking out and blood spurting. Pieces of his skin flying onto his subordinates, a loud thump could be heard even from where we were from how his body hit the ground and I blew on the exit of the flintlock. "I wasn't asking you, you piece of shit." All my soldiers look at me dazzled by my actions and I return their looks shrugging. The ramparts now cleared from the defeat of their commander, soon morale will plummet even further. I take the rope and claws from my horse and sling it over the top of the rampart pulling myself over, right next to me is Kyo who also pulled herself up she quickly dashes to open the front gate. Meanwhile I'm confronted with multiple soldiers ahead of me I must buy time for my soldiers to get up here. I look at Shohei's body quickly cut off the contraption holding the odachi to it, before picking the blade up myself. His body deserved desecration I feel no sympathy for that or for his anti-climactic defeat.
I quickly sheathe my katana and wield the odachi with two hands, quickly cutting through multiple foes with powerful swings. One swing from this odachi cuts through four soldiers easily and I'm sending these soldiers flying back crashing into their allies. Behind me one after another my subordinates and allies make their way onto the ramparts standing next to me in formation I quickly swap weapons. Sheathing my new trophy from war onto my back, and unsheathing my katana holding it with one hand as I charge forward. I quickly ram my blade into the neck of a enemy driving him through the formation. I reach for his katana grip before kicking him off my blade, now a katana in each hand I quickly move in a vortex movement slicing through my enemies like ribbons. A couple blades make their movements towards me, I deflect them both at the same time and raise my weapons up to their neck in one swift move, decapitating both of them their heads flying over the formation with blood raining. This battle leads us to driving them down the staircase. During this whole battle on the ramparts Kyo manages to open up the gates allowing the ground units to flood in. The only reason I know this concurred is because as we started pushing them back they got pincered attacked from the other side now being melted down from both sides. Their numbers now narrowed down they begin to panic getting sent into a frenzy. They began to lose track of friend and foe, and started slaughtering their own troops just to have a chance to escape unfortunately for them there was none.
The last soldier finally fell before we could make our way down to the courtyard. There was yet another garrison of soldiers and this was only half their unit I can only imagine how bad it would have been with full numbers. We begin to charge at the enemy soldiers without fixing our formation we have the numbers in a open area we will mark this courtyard red in the blood of our enemies. One soldier slashes down on me and I catch his blade with my own blades, before snapping his blade in half sending the blade flying out behind my troops I swiftly cut down slicing his arms clean off. This next method I call the Gurasusuneku, or rather the grass snake. I slice with my right blade and then with my left into two different rows of enemies, carving a path through their formation, spinning once every two attacks this takes a superb amount of stamina. Multiple arms fly off as I pass through the enemies ranks. Trails of spraying blood, until I make it to the flag bearers and I decapitate every single one of them. All this in the blink of an eye and I inhale filling my lungs to the brim before shouting out. "Die you fucking Chitsu dogs, bow beneath your new daimyo!" I turn around seeing a good half of their forces cut down before I toss one of the katanas to the side and the rest of my soldier split the enemies forces in half fighting two separate battles overpowering both of them.
I quickly slice through the sliding doors, opening a path into the main hall of the castle while my troops finish cleaning up outside. Next to me is Zexis and Kyo, they walk down the main hall with me. The daimyo of the Chitsu clan finally reveals himself after hiding behind waves of soldiers. I notice him immediately a man of even larger stature than his son he may as well be a king of the giants. His long black hair slightly curly hanging down to his shoulders, he was shirtless with a some bamboo armor covering his chest, and the fur around his neck irezumi tattoos going down his arms. His left arm is that of cherry blossoms blowing past a swords man, cutting the ocean in half. On the other side is a spearman hunting the dragon that was a koi fish. He walks slowly down the steps to the main hall, his hakama matches the yellow bamboo of his armor along with the white fur. He has a scar across the bridge of his nose meaning he is battle tested, his beard rugged about medium length. His eyes a yellowish tint and he bears fangs instead of teeth, a hardy laugh escapes his lips. "Hahaha if it isn't the young cub of Oda! What's this I don't see my son amongst you, this must mean that you've disposed of him. Well he was quite weak not worthy of being my successor. None the less he was family and now its blood for blood Junichiro." Almost immediately he leaps into the air charging straight for me with large naginata. I block the first attack as he swept me on the landing I used my blade against my arm to take the blunt of the attack.
This attack sent me flying straight into the the wall, leaving my imprint in it a few scratches and bruises appear on the arm that took the blunt of it and I look at him dead in the eyes. He moves his naginata up and slams the blunt end of the polearm on the ground and he starts to laugh with a hand on his fat stomach. "Hahaha my son lost twice to someone as weak as you, neither of you were bred for the battlefield you'd be better as farmers!" He yells loudly laughing mocking me and I Shrug my shoulders trying hard to focus and brush off his ridicule. I charge him instantly, trying my Gurasusuneku slashing side to side against him this time tossing my blade after every slash this is the one handed version of the technique. He instantly spins his naginata deflecting my account knocking me off balance. He hits me in the back instantly knocking me forward and sending a shockwave of pain throughout my entire body. My back spasms and I collapse to one knee from the pain and I shakily start to get up. He follows up by spinning around and going for a slash to my back. Its too fast I cant react in time a word escapes my lips "Fuck!" right before I meet my end, two people appear before me. Kyo and Zexis, Zexis stops the blade deflecting it into the ground making it stuck and Kyo slashes across his bamboo armor in unison knocking it completely off before she inhales and exhales creating her after images. Zexis face looks appalled by this feat, I don't think he's seen the spiritual flow before. "Lord Ishi don't worry I will be of aid in this battle, thanks to the training between me and Fumikage I've developed my technique even further." Kyo says as I notice her afterimages are complete, they are much more like clones now.
One after another her clones rush up on the daimyo, he knocks them down one after another and they fade as they do. Two of them however stop his naginata from swinging and they hold him in position as Zexis drives his katana into him, and Kyo slashes him down the back knocking them back and forth. As I'm watching I snap out of it and start to reload the flintlock I fired earlier while they distract him. Almost immediately after I reload, he begins to grow a aura about him and he smirks. "Here I thought you guy's were just ordinary run of the mill brats, it would seem I'll have to bring out all my tactics!" He quickly flexes and a force suddenly pushes them away with all the clones, he spins his naginata around channeling his own spiritual flow I can feel it. It would seem like with each spin he picks up momentum and starts slashing towards everyone almost catching me in a trance, it was like a dance of the gods. Each slash he sends out forces a gush of wind almost into slashes, I notice the carvings flowing into Kyo and Zexis armor and skin cutting them up. I quickly holster the flintlock and I can see the slashes flying towards me the naked eye can barely see them. Unless you unlock your spiritual flow you wouldn't be able to see it coming, quickly I roll and duck closing the gap between us getting back into the fight. Zexis is getting caught up in the barrage of slashes, he will kill him at this rate. Kyo seems to have gained her footing back ducking and sliding under the slashes even doing flips when necessary.
This fight just got a bit more difficult but if all three of us work together maybe some how we can overcome his sheer strength. This would be easier if I gave into my rage but I would be putting them at risk and I just cant allow that. I quickly try and push up onto him, after dodging a few of his wind slashes. I leap up into the air trying to flip behind him and Kyo follows up on this movement I come carving down with all my strength and he blocks me mid air. Due to this distraction Kyo comes up behind him also slashing him down in his shoulder trying to damage it to slow down his swings, Zexis finally gets a break from the barrage he had been suffering not being able to see the attacks, he was bleeding profusely from his wounds and yet he was still standing tall. As I'm recovering from the attack I just did before I fall to my feet, I quick draw the flintlock with one hand I blast his torso with it, a couple holes open up in him but he blocked the main blast with the polearm which split it in half. "Your a cunning one I'll give you that Junichiro, but your not using your full power, there's no way you murdered your father and Dosarai with this much strength! At this rate you will be another victim of Shohide Chitsu!" He exclaims shouting out his name in the third person like a arrogant prick this guy pisses me off. However I refuse to the same power that killed my father.
