Ella waited for Mia for a long time but she never showed up. She decided to go check up on her.
On getting to Alex's door, she heard "am cummmmmmingggg." Then she placed her ear on the door for better hearing. After a little while, she heard Mia say, "am sorry Alex, as much as I wanna do this I can't. Ya ain't get ya feelings sorted out. Any day ya do, ama up for it." Ella heard Mia get off the bed coming towards the door. She ran back to the stairs pretending to just be coming up the stairs.
"There you are, I've been looking all over for you." Ella said to Mia knowing fully well what happened between the two.
Mia stared at Ella trying to guess if she knows or just pretending, "ama just having a friendly conversation with Alex, ain't it so Alex?"
"Yes. We were just talking sis." He said embarrassed.
"ohh okay, what were you guys talking about, I might have one or two things to contribute." Ella said trying to keep making Alex feel embarrassed.
"We….we. …we were" Alex stammers but before he could come up with an excuse, Mia interrupted him, "I asked him to study at our school and he agreed" Mia said turning to Alex, "didn't ya?" Mia asked with a smile.
Alex looked at and thought, 'this girl is do cunny. If I deny it, it means we were lying but if I accept it, it means I would have to go to their college. What to do? What to do?' he shrugged and sighed, "yes I did, I wanted to surprise you. Surprise." He said with a smile which does not looks like a smile.
"wow, this is a good news. Mom and Dad are going to be happy in hearing this." Ella jumped happily and hugged Alex.
Alex smiled bitterly and thought, 'ohh, I am in so much trouble, look what you've done you she-devil.' While staring at Mia.
Ella ran down the stairs to break the news to their parents, staring at her fading figure, Alex said to himself, "there goes my freedom." With a sigh.
"Cheer up man, ya should be happy. At least ya getta see me daily." Mia said while giggling.
"well at least I got a consolation in attending your college." Cheering himself up.
Mia laughed at him and said, "Ya know ya funny at times. Ya act as if it's a crime to attend the same school with ya sis. Ya should know that ya would be happy and well cared for, ya might be thinking that she would restrict or limit ya freedom but I know Ella ain't like them bitches."
"You can't understand what we guys feel like when we attend the same college with our senior sisters, it's like a freaking prison." Alex explains.
"See ya. Make sure ya figure out yaself before school resumes, I ain't need a confused guy who can't sort his feelings." She kissed his cheek before leaving him staring like an idiot."
'I need to sort my feelings also, its complicating things.' He said to himself thinking about what would have happened if he had no issue that needed to be dealt with. 'Well CLEARVIEW COLLEGE, here I come.'
