'However, since she knew that this would be a part of my calculations too, she'll use scissors instead, intending to catch me off-guard. But, there is a high chance that she will….'
Guesses upon guesses appeared in Ren's mind nonstop. He took this game of Rock, Paper, Scissors seriously as if his entire life depended on it.
As their hands fell into place, a victorious smirk appeared on his face. 'Heh, I know that you'll start with paper! So I will use scisso—'
*Smooch*
'Huh?' Ren felt something soft touch his lips, making him feel some sort of spark inside him. Like gears that had suddenly lost their momentum, this feeling caused his mind to blank out.
Rina, who suddenly kissed her husband, exclaimed innocently, "Oh, look! I won!!"
Looking at Ren's stunned face, she licked her lips and cheerfully waved her hand, which was formed into a fist, in front of his face.
"Heyyyy~ I won, right~??" said Rina while slyly smirking.
"Hehe~ I'll take your silence as yes. I'm gonna pick up our kids now, see you later!!"
After saying that, she gave her husband a quick smooch to the cheeks and hurriedly got out of the car.
If Ren looked carefully, he would have seen the redness on Rina's face which looked similar to that of a tomato.
Only a few minutes later did Ren come to his senses.
Realizing that he had been tricked, he had an unhappy look on his face. However, he couldn't stop his lips from curling upwards and his cheeks from blushing.
'Damn, I got played.' He thought as he used his hand to cover his blushing face.
Still, he felt that all the exhaustion in these past few days disappeared in a flash.

Back to the present…
'She used underhanded means to win! Tsk, I must punish her later…'
However, thinking of those 'underhanded means' brought a blush over his cheeks once again.
"Dad!"
Hearing the call of his children, Ren excitedly turned his head to their direction.
Seeing the lovely faces of Zen and Sera, he hurriedly ran towards them.
The siblings glanced at each other and thought, 'Should we run too?'
Even if there were no people around, they could not help but feel embarrassed. After all, the expression on their father's face looked as if he hadn't seen them for a long time.
Still, no matter what happened, he was still their father.
Thinking of this, Zen and Sera's steps hastened and soon their walk turned into running.
Seeing his children that were running towards him, Ren couldn't help but be happy, almost tearing up because of it. He extended his arms wide, preparing to hug them.
Soon enough, the siblings and their father were able to hug each other.
If this was a movie, then this scene would be like those characters that have been separated for so long and were able to reunite again after countless adversities.
As Rina watched this scene happening, she couldn't help but giggle at his husband's antics. She giggled even more when she saw Zen and Sera's fed up faces.
However, it could not be denied that this scene also warmed her heart.
'If only the world was as peaceful as it seemed…' She thought that it was a pity. After all, if the world wasn't as chaotic as it was, then she was sure that they would be able to live their lives to the fullest, like how a normal family was.
Deciding that there was no point in thinking of the 'what ifs', Rina shook her head and chased all those thoughts away. She kept silent and let her husband enjoy the company of their children.

Around 15 minutes later…
Rina, who had been keeping silent since earlier, voiced from the side. "Hon, that's enough for now. We're running out of time."
Ren, who looked as if he couldn't get enough of his children, turned his head to his wife. "B-but…!"
"No buts! Even I was only able to hug them for 15 minutes!"
"What!? You've been keeping track of time since earlier!?"
"Hehe, what are you gonna do about it? Do you want me to do what I did to you earlier?"
"Tch…!" Hearing this, the blushing Ren unwillingly let go of his children.
Zen and Sera, who had just survived another round of being squished, listened carefully to their parents.
The two of them couldn't help but have the same thought, 'Mom and dad looked as if they were a teenage couple.'
However, it was not a bad thing for the siblings. In fact, they liked seeing their parents show affection like the main characters of romance novels, manga, and shows that they have seen. Full of innocence and love.
Especially now that they saw their parents bickering with each other while having a blush on their faces.
If not for the fact that the couple have children, which was Zen and Sera, it would not be rare for them to be mistaken as a teenage couple who were only experiencing love for the first time.
Another reason for this was because Ren and Rina looked younger than their actual age. There were even instances where they would be mistaken as teenagers. Even if Zen and Sera were with them, they would just be mistaken as a group of teenagers.

Soon enough, the family entered the black car which Ren was leaning on earlier.
Ren sat at the driver's seat while Rina sat beside him. In the hind passenger seat, Zen and Sera, who looked exhausted, sat beside each other.
"Alright, it's time for us to go now. Don't forget to fasten your seatbelts." Ren, who had his fair share of his children's cuteness, was full of energy again as he reminded them in an orderly manner.
Still, no matter how hard he tried to look serious, his wife and children could still see the slight blush on his face.
After making sure that they were all ready, he stepped on the gas and drove out of the underground parking lot.
