After devouring the grilled meat prepared by Asmodeus, I was about ready to roll over the bed and sleep for an eternity, but then huh! ;
"King Aine, please follow me," Elize who had just finished eating, just lowered her head and slept.
"Hey - - is it okay to just leave her here," I ask Asmodeus in a concerned tone of voice.
"Well, this isn't the first time it has transpired, huh!" she breathes out a sigh filled with annoyance.
"Let's go!" she starts walking in front of me, manipulating me to follow her movements.
"This is the room--you may want to look at," she points at the door of the room as we have arrived from our relatively long journey from the dining hall to this peculiar room.
I hold the door knob and open the entrance to the room and then;
"DEAREST!!" " KING AINE!!" Julia and Lynn run towards me at full throttle immediately aiming for an embrace, landing into my arms.
As the door fully opens, my eyes fall on my comrades who are enjoying massages in white towels by Elize's maids.
"Your Majesty!!" one of my soldiers who was carefree just a minute ago, catches a glimpse of me and says my name in disbelief.
"YOUR MAJESTY!!" all of them look at me as I stand outside the door with Julia, Lynn dressed in white towels only and Asmodeus by my side.
"Glory to the Heavens, that you survived that brutal training - - - My Liege," Keith who was relishing a back massage from one of Elize's maids, is now tearfully singing my praises.
"Am glad that we all survived guys," judging from their happy expressions, we didn't concede.
"It's all thanks to - - - Your Majesty that we all lived to see another day," Keith who was now sitting up, after gesturing the maid to pause the massage session.
"You guys---I have a request," I didn't want to forget, that the world is going to be faced with a great trial.
"Command-- and we obey," even Julia and Lynn were looking at me awaiting my orders while still in my embrace.
"I want half of the military here, to regroup back at the Kingdom..." "Why is that, Your Grace."
I clenched my fists and gritted my teeth and when I looked sideways, I saw Asmodeus ' smile in a gentle way and remembered her words;
' You refuse to carry the burden of this weapon---yet you have killed so many with it, ' it was a scape goat to believe am a coward who isn't needed by anyone but then the desire to fight for these two girls arose in me with the next desire being, tearing away Elize and Asmodeus' sad smiles and so I....
"I am sending some of you back to protect our homeland," "Why..." Keith asked in a confused monotone and I continued ".... While we bring about an onslaught on the villainous empire."
