Victoria and Michael were sitting beside the bed of Luke, after dressing him up, they put him in bed and watched him for a while.
They looked at his pale but peaceful face and could not help but tear up.
Even though Luke was suffering from his illness, he never once complained about it. Even though Luke was no longer able to move, he never once complained about it.
This child had to endure the trauma of never being able to move around again. Even if he never said anything about it.
The pair knew he was suffering inside, this made them feel even more hopeless.
"Thankfully brother has finally convinced the capital to send some of their Holy Priests."
Michael finally said something to break the silence.
"Yes, finally." Victoria finally smiled. She knew she couldn't blame the capital because the Holy Priests were not under their control.
They could only ask for them from the Church Of Light.'
The Church Of Light ruled over the Yellow Walls continent and was one of the most powerful forces in the whole world.
A force of such stature doesn't need to listen to people in their level.
But because the Church Of Light preaches that "Everyone is equal in the eyes of God!"
They will try their best to help anyone, doesn't matter who they are.
That is the mission that the Church Of Light wishes to accomplish...
Somewhere far far away, a massive white dove was flying over a large body of water, on the dove was a 3 people, 2 girls and 1 boy.
While a tall and buff middle aged man was flying right behind them.
He was giving off an extremely terrifying aura that scared many beasts in the surrounding area.
These beasts are at least 4 Stars Ranked Warrior.
For them to be as terrified as they are, one can only imagine the level of strength this middle aged man has.
"Sister Scarlett!" The peace and serenity was quickly shattered by a bellow of a wild animal.(if you know you know ;).
The little girl that was riding on top of the dove's head slowly opened her beautiful purple eyes that were shining as bright as the stars.
She turned to look at the other girl on the dove and asked what was wrong.
But before the little girl could respond,
a *beeping* noise was heard by the three of them, and it was coming from Scarlett's ring.'
She paused slightly, but quickly took out something which looked like a piece of glass out of her storage ring.
The glass was flashing red and was making a *beeping* noise.
Looking at this, she quickly pressed the glass on the center and a face quickly appeared on it. (Facetime)
"Hello Holy Saintess. "
A beautiful voice came out of the device followed by a beautiful white haired middle aged woman appearing on the screen.
"Hello Bishop!" Scarlett and the rest quickly greeted the Bishop of the Church of light.
This woman is the leader of the most powerful force in the whole of Yellow Wall Continent.
"There's a small kingdom, that's not far away from where you all are right now, asking for assistance. Head there immediately."
The Bishop said to the kids. Hearing this Scarlett looked at the Bishop in curiosity.
For almost all her life,
she was locked inside the Church Of Light, never allowed to leave untill she was strong enough to protect herself from danger.
This was the first time that she was able to leave the Church,
but she didn't think that they would already have a mission assigned to them.
"Yes Bishop!" All of them quickly bowed and accepted their first mission.
The glass device dimmed and Scarlett tossed it back into her storage ring.
"YAY! Our First Mission!" The boy quickly shouted, it is safe to say that he is excited.
(hehe) "You really are simple minded."
The boy turned his head and stuck out his tongue at the other girl.
"Bleh! At least I'm not boring like you are, Emma."The boy said sneering.
"HUMPH! You're already 10 years old but you are still a 2 Star Ranked Warrior! Jeremy, you should be embarrassed!"
After shouting all of that, Emma was heaving her chest and her face was flushed red.
Jeremy's eyes were starting to turn red, seeing this, Scarlett sighed and quickly tried to fix this mess.
This was a natural occurrence that happened frequently on top of the bird...
