After feeling the effects of adding stat points faded, he lifted his left hand, bringing it behind his right. The palm faced the ice shards, before he did a shoving motion with his left, willing the four ice spikes to fly forward. Instantly, all four went flying towards the bat, which was now looking the other way, towards the commotion in the tree, while making a different pitched sound, one louder, yet quieter, like a squeaking.
As the shards were flying toward the bat, Draco pulled out his blade again and sprinted after the shards. The first two ice spears hit the bat's back and bounced off, however, the third slammed into the broken shaft of the arrow that was still embedded into the bat's eye, pushing the arrow further into its skull. Draco activated
Draco heard a squelching sound as his knife buried itself to the hilt. Draco imbued Mana into the weapon, and the end of the sword pushed out the backside of the bat's head. It fell backward and they both landed on the floor. Draco rolled off the body as they landed and sprung up to his feet. Without pause, Draco activated

Draco was shocked at the levels he got from devouring the single creature. His mind wandered, thinking about how these creatures were perfect for farming levels before he remembered he had to get to the Strikers. He started running over the bridge. The tree that had been broken and fell had been the third from his wall, meaning he would have to go through two other trees filled with bat-like creatures.
Draco arrived at the first tree to find that all hell was breaking free. Bats were zipping around, faster than his eyes could see, he only knew they were there because he kept seeing some red streaks, which he figured were their eyes. Draco was three-quarters across the bridge when suddenly a loud clapping sounded from the second tree, and he watched as all the red streaks stopped and faced it.
Dozens of bodies started descending towards the water. That's when he got a glimpse of the Door's assaulters. There were at least 30 of them. All kitted in black armor that glistened in blue hues. They had varying weapons, some Draco didn't recognize. However, that's not what caught his attention. It was what they were that had stunned Draco.
Their bodies were made of a substance that constantly moved, almost like they were made out of water. They had three eyes on both sides of their face, which glowed a piercing blue hue, and they had horns coming out of the back of their heads, almost like a reverse unicorn. Draco was confused, he was sure the commotion was from the strikers of the door. 'Were they just disputing monsters?'
Suddenly, the thirty-some creatures started running forward all at once. Draco instantly noticed that they worked efficiently together, almost like they had practiced profusely. He watched as they decimated the bat-like creatures like they were nothing. The one he had fought was at least D-rank, and he could tell it had been at least ten times slower than the ones currently racing to attack the thirty, but still, they absorbed all the attacks with precision, then attacked, killing dozens.
Draco watched them all fight each other, making sure not to get in the middle of any of the creatures. Even a single bat could decimate him, and the attackers in black were not even taking breaks as they slaughtered them.
Waiting, Draco watched as they finished all of the remaining bats off. There were a few bodies nearer to him, so he was about to secretly activate
They all fused into each other and turned into a blob of moving water-like substance. It suddenly surged forward and crashed down on the bodies, like a title wave on a city. Draco watched as the bat's body dissolved and left nothing behind. He was hurt, all his levels had just been taken from him. He continued to watch the mass take all the bodies, however after all of them were gone it started pulling and stretching, almost like something was trying to get out of it.
It suddenly stopped and it was visibly bigger. Suddenly it separated and went back into the armor, only this time the individuals were also bigger. They were ahead taller and their bodies were denser, almost more defined now. After the thirty figures formed back into their individual states, they started walking in his direction.
Draco quickly sprinted forward, got off the bridge, and leaped upward into one of the tree's big branches. He watched them march below him and onto the bridge. Draco sighed in relief at the fact that they either didn't have an ability that could sense him or they didn't care about him, either way, was fine with him.
He started making his way to the trees farther down the line, figuring that as he was already here, he may as well start Looking for the Green Door. and sure enough at the third still intact tree, there was a glowing green rectangle. "Home." Draco was about to step through when he felt a pain in his left wrist.
Looking down, he found the goat shaking its head at Draco. "What do you mean no? I can't do anything to these creatures, I barely took down that one and it was slower than the rest of them." again Sophos shook its head. "Fine. But if I die it's on you. I will come to you, give me a second." Draco jumped into the tree going as high as he could and found a place he could lay down safely before activating
