"It's not like that, Mom, it's really far if you have to pick up Mom first if you go to the hospital," said Kevin defensively.
"Yes, I promise, why don't you think about you," said his mother, annoyed. Kayla just stared at the two different generations arguing.
"It's okay mom, Kevin is here to visit mom. Don't be angry,"said Kevin.
"Stay here, right?" asked Kevin's mother. Kevin immediately glanced at Kayla to seek approval with Kayla.
"How are you dear?" Kevin asked.
"Yes, it's up to you, it's okay to stay here too," said Kayla, smiling at her mother-in-law.
"Yes, that means staying here, right?" asked Kevin's mother again.
"Yes Mom," said Kayla.
"Oh yeah, you're seven months pregnant, right?" asked Kevin's mother.
"Yes Mom," said Kayla, nodding.
"Tomorrow the day after tomorrow we will celebrate your seven-month pregnancy,'' said her mother.
