''Go wait in the convenience store Shiraki, mommy and daddy need to have a talk'' Shiraki's mother said kindly and soothingly.

Shiraki walked into the convenience store in a clueless manner. '' oh sir I'm not going to steal anything I just have to wait for mommy and daddy to finish speaking'' spoke nervously and got a little uncomfortable from the shop keeper's untrusting stare.

''little one no need to be nervous, Ill stop looking ok'' the shop keeper replies; turns around and goes into the backroom hastily and looks at security cameras.

Shiraki felt relieved now that the shop keeper was not watching him suspiciously. He continued to stand there silently and impatiently. Since it was so silent in the store Shiraki overheard his parents talking.

''honey I think its time we get rid of him , he's useless and was unwanted from the beginning and he just never seems to stop being hungry'' the mother looked uncaringly.

The father simply stood there agreeing with his wife '' ok I got no problem with it we wanted a girl as our child if it came down to it anyway; and those blood red eye's of his make me feel as I'm in a horror movie where he will kill us''.

Shiraki's eyes opened widely and the pupils started to shake in fright. He just stood there dumbfoundedly staring at the entrance to the store.

A few minutes have passed and Shiraki finally realised that his parents have left. A tear streamed down his cheek and fell on the floor before he burst out crying.

''Shit it looks like he's crying; damn this ain't good for business. I have to get rid of him'' Stands up and goes to Shiraki. ''excuse me child but if your not going to buy anything then I'm goin to have to ask you to leave the store''

Shiraki looked into the eye's of the shop keeper and saw how serious he was being. '' em ok '' he was making a trail of tears as he walked out the convenience store and shivered as he went outside cause of the cold breeze. Shiraki decided to huddle up in a corner next to the store, out of not knowing what to do and confusion. He sat there falling asleep while watching as people just walked past him not giving a shit.

''This poor child if his parents don't come for him by tomorrow night, ill take him in'' this old woman thought while walking past Shiraki. Seeing his messy white hair, blood red eye and pearly-white teeth; his skin was unnaturally white and his weight seemed under average since he was skinny.

Next day

Shiraki woke up to the sound of 2 people arguing because of a minor car crash. His stomach to growl. ''Why, Why am I always hungry!? Plus it get's worse and worse every few months; it's getting on my nerves!'' he thought angrily.

''What the fuck where you thinking I was obviously parked there on the side of the road!'' the person shouted furiously.

''Side of the road my ass, are you drunk or something or are you just stupid? You were parked in middle of the fucking road!''

''I can't be bothered listening to arguments as soon as I wake up. What a pain this is becoming'' Shiraki covers his ears so that he wouldn't have to listen to the people near him. He sat there for few hours listening to nothing just his inner thought's ''why, Why, Why, WHY, WHYY did they LEAVE ME!?; am I really that scary and useless and unwanted?''

It's past the sunset and the moon just came out.

The old woman was walking past again with a sympathetic look on her face while she went to get her groceries. Once she was done in the store she came out and went to the boy asked ''hey little one do u want to come home with me?''

Shiraki nodded hastily with a hoping face as he looks at the old woman with gray hair and blue eyes; she seemed to be roughly 5'4. then he answered ''Yes please ms.''

''Well come on then stand up and come with me'' replied the old woman with a kind and caring smile.

while walking next to the old lady Shiraki's stomach started to rumble loudly.

''Are you hungry little one?'' questioned the old lady while chuckling.

Shiraki just nodded profoundly and asked ''ms what is you're name?''

''my name is Aki Susuki and what about you little one'' the old lady turned the question around on Shiraki while answering it.

''my name is Shiraki, Shiraki Homura'' replied Shiraki

''Well then Shiraki we better get home and make something to eat ; so lets go quickly'' said Aki to Shiraki.
