Selene was sitting up in bed, looking at her phone as she waited for Ben. He had promised her breakfast in bed, and she couldn't wait to taste his French toast. He didn't make it often, so it was always a special treat. Even though it was Friday, Selene felt like she could stay in bed all day, since the couple had decided to go up to Santa Barbara for an extended weekend. They would leave after breakfast and come back Monday afternoon.
She was smiling while looking at pictures that Lucy had uploaded of her trip to her FastGram when Ben entered the room carrying a tray full of food.
He hovered the tray above her lap, then unfolded the little legs so that Selene still had wiggle room underneath the tray table. And wiggle she did—with excitement.
"It all smells soooo good," Selene purred.
Ben leaned down to kiss the top of her head and said, "I'm glad you like it. I'm going to spoil you rotten today."
"I look forward to it," she beamed. "But what about you? Where's your breakfast?"
Ben had moved to sit by Selene's feet, and he began massaging them. "I ate while cooking so I'm full," he replied. "I'll just take care of you while you eat."
"If you say so," she said in a low voice, succumbing to the pleasing sensations Ben's massage was giving her. He extended his hands to her legs and Selene felt all her muscles relax.
After a moan escaped Selene's lips, Ben leaned forward and whispered, "If I get hungry in a bit, I may just have to eat you."
Selene's face felt flushed, and she dramatically waved her hand in front of her face as if it was cooling her off. "My, my," she lilted. "Aren't you energetic this morning?"
He gave her one of his sexy smiles and it sent shivers up her body and down to her fingertips. Ben's eyes were glowing with sensuality as replied, "You have no idea."
Selene placed a bite of the toast in her mouth and slowly chewed before she replied, "Even after all those times last night? Hmm, I guess I should count my lucky stars that my fiancé has so much vigor. This French toast is amazing as usual babe." She pretended that her food was the most interesting thing in the room.
Ben moved closer to her on the bed and gave her a dark look as he cautioned, "You better stop teasing me woman, or I won't be able to hold back until you're done with breakfast."
Selene leaned forward and gave him a peck, "Alright, alright. I'll eat fast."
Ben gave a low laugh before he went back to his position by her feet and resumed his massage.
True to her word, Selene ate quickly. When she was done, Ben lifted the tray table and placed it on the floor away from the bed. Then he climbed on top of her and said in a sultry voice, "Watching you eat did whet my appetite. I think I need a little taste of you."
Even though Ben's intent was to pleasure her and then take care of himself later in the shower, Selene was not having any of that. She was a kind person after all and could not resist giving as good as she got. Therefore, the oral session ended with satisfaction on both partners' parts.
After showering and dressing, the couple was ready to head to their destination. They enjoyed the beautiful scenery on the drive up and two hours later they were at their hotel. The resort they were staying at overlooked the ocean and had private beach access.
Selene suggested that they eat at a top-rated Indian restaurant she had found on-line and the food turned out to be just as delicious as the reviews had suggested. In the middle of the meal, Ben looked across the table at Selene and smiled. She asked him why he was smiling, and he said, "It's just nice to see you so relaxed."
"This is probably the first time in a long while that I have felt relaxed," she sighed. "I feel like my life was just reset or something."
"Sorry to conjure up negative stuff," Ben apologized.
Selene shook her head, "Nah. It's okay. I'm still in a good mood. How can I not be when this veggie tikka masala is so good?"
"Here, have some more of the kofta before I eat it all," Ben chuckled as he dished out a few spoonfuls for her.
When lunch was over, they headed to the hotel and then went to lay out on the beach. The evening ended as it had begun, with Ben tempting Selene onto the bed with several deep and erotic kisses.
As Ben started going down her neck with his lips, Selene put her hands on his chest and said, "Wait."
"What's wrong?," he asked, a little surprised but also concerned.
"It's not a big deal," Selene stuttered, "But, I, uh, forgot to take the pill this morning."
Ben looked surprised as he said, "Oh."
"Yah. So, maybe we should use a condom just in case," she suggested.
He rubbed the back of his neck as he replied, "Um, so, the thing is…I didn't bring any." Then he quickly added, "I mean, we don't use them since you're on the pill."
"Hmm," Selene thought.
Before she could say anything, Ben continued, "I could go buy some."
He was on top of her, and she could feel his hard member pressing down on her. She didn't want to ruin the mood any further, so she shook her head, "I'm sure it's okay. It's just one day. Whenever this happens, I just have to double up on the pills the next day."
"How often does this happen?," Ben asked with increased worry.
"Not that often," she reassured. "And plus, the instructions that come with the pills every month say to do the doubling up thing and it shouldn't be a problem."
Ben let out a deep breath of relief and smiled, "If you say so, I believe you professor." Then he continued kissing her neck right back at where he had left off.
The next day was spent driving around the city, visiting various local attractions. The couple also took a guided tour on a bus that was also able to go out into the water, so they were able to see sea lions and seals. Even though they didn't see any dolphins, Selene was happy she got to see some wildlife.
On Sunday, the couple walked along a long stretch of streets that was called the Art Walk. Various vendors had their wares out for display, including painting, jewelry, and other arts/crafts. Selene couldn't resist a pair of silver earrings with rubies and silver ring that had small amethyst stones all around its circumference. She also bought a beautiful paining of wildflowers that she thought would go nicely in the living room where a black and white photo of a bridge currently hung. Ben initially protested her choice of location for the piece of art but then gave in when Selene said please. She never liked the photo as it seemed too dark for a living room.
The day ended with dinner in their hotel room, which had a small balcony where they could sit and eat while enjoying the view.
The next morning, Ben was checking his email while Selene was showering when he saw a message that had him sitting upright quickly.
He called Johnny and before even a greeting could be exchanged, Ben fumed, "Why wasn't I told about this immediately?"
Johnny let out a sigh and retorted, "I didn't want to ruin your mini-holiday since it could wait until today. Kill me for being considerate why don't you?"
"What do you mean it could wait?," Ben grumbled. "This happened Friday and I'm just now learning about it?"
"We can handle it, man. Don't worry. They're just posturing," Johnny reassured.
"That better be all there is to it," Ben said as he ran one hand through his hair. "I can't have that woman anywhere near me."
