Queen Sancia stared after Lucas for a moment, her mind still reeling from the words he had just said but she was quick to snap out of it.
Hurrying down the hall, Queen Sancia made her way to Askel's quarters, knowing exactly where he would be at this time.
Queen Sancia's composure was completely forgotten and she ignored every greeting she received on the way till she arrived at the doors to Askel's quarters just as Dechlan stepped out.
"Askel..." Queen Sancia began to say.
Dechlan lowered his head in greeting, moving aside to let Queen Sancia through.
Queen Sancia stepped in and Dechlan followed in after her, shutting the door behind him.
"After Alpha Zariah ran off, the beast stirred and Askel sensed he could not contain it this time, he hurried to the basement and ordered us to chain him down." Dechlan revealed.
