Tabish's POV,
The front car didn't budge even after I repeatedly sounded the horn.
"Keep your cool. What are you trying to do, make us deaf? If the car in front of him does not move, how will he get around? Just calm down!" He said this while taking both hands off of his ears.
"It's already 2:45 p.m. At the very least, we'll be there in about 25-30 minutes. I don't want to tarnish my impression of her by being late. If only I'd been aware of this dreadful traffic. I would have left the house sooner." In a fit of rage, I slammed the steering wheel on the way back to his question.
"Tab, you need to calm down!! I've seen the maps. There is no traffic outside of this area. Our entire way is clear. Besides, I'm confident in your driving skills. You can count on me. There is no great deal if we are late. We are going on vacation, so we have no need to show up on time." He made a caustic remark. Turning my gaze away from him, I said,
