I woke up to the sound of the alarm I had set earlier.
07.30 A.M.
I sat on the bed, took a deep breath, and let it out slowly.
My whole body hurts, I feel like I've been running marathons and sit-ups.
My back hurts a little, and my neck too.
I sat on the edge of the bed taking off my clothes. I stood up and took the towel from the door hanger. I want to take a shower before going back to Batu again.
I looked around but there was the only mother in the kitchen busy finishing her cooking for breakfast.
"Mom, where's Emi?" I asked while scratching my head which didn't itch.
"She went back to her house this morning" while feeding me a spoonful of fried rice which was still hot in the cooking process...
"Uhhh, it's hot!" While I cover the rice which is still hot in my mouth.
"But it's delicious!"
While I give her a thumbs up.
