Upon entering Mei Yue Company, Ye Luo found that all the employees appeared to be very busy, and their faces all seemed rather grim.
He arrived outside Luo Jingxuan's office and directly opened the door and went in. Inside the office, Luo Jingxuan and Yan Ling were sitting together, discussing something. At the sound of the door, they both looked over, and expressions of joy appeared on their faces upon seeing Ye Luo.
"You little rascal, you finally know to come back. I thought you had forgotten about me and your aunt."
Yan Ling said to Ye Luo with a somewhat resentful look in her eyes, the expression reminiscent of a lovelorn woman, which made Ye Luo's face turn slightly awkward.
"You're back."
Luo Jingxuan's face remained comparatively calm as she looked at Ye Luo, but her demeanor visibly relaxed. However, the dark circles under her heavy eyes and her haggard complexion still betrayed how tired she had been lately.
