[Velia]
Right now, I'm still kowtowing. I must look pathetic. Libra has now ascended in strength. With his new transformed Gavel no doubt, I would be dead on this spot.
However, there is one simple reason why I'm kowtowing. I take a deep breath and chant the words, "64 Dendrogram Seal, Activate!"
Libra is confused when the magic power from his gavel is being sucked by a magic circle from below. Sixty four crystals materialize around Libra and they begin to connect one by one by a magical string. "A seal?! When did you?"
Right now, I'm holding a 64 Dendrogram Seal. It looks like a 64-faced Prism. It's a powerful seal that was also used by the church to seal Lord Kaveris, however it was a 256 Dendrogram Seal which was more powerful. The higher the number, the more its effectiveness. This seal isn't as powerful as the seal they used on my Lord but this will be enough. The rate of success will be depending on Libra's will to overcome the seal.
Right now, Libra is struggling to fight the seal. He yells in agony. "Ahhh! Sinner! When did you activate a magic circle?"
I give out a jeering laugh. "Hahaha, I guess you can give me credits for my kowtow acting. Now this a revenge against you crazy fanatics!"
To my surprise, Libra is fighting well against the seal. Some strings fail to reconnect.
This is bad. For the seal to be successful, each crystal must connect with each other. If he breaks every string my Dendrogram Seal will be destroyed.
"You still have one of those seals, I see?"
"Of course we do. Sealing you right now is giving me great joy especially after you stole our 256-Dendrogram Seal just to seal our Lord."
Libra begins to chuckle as though he has gotten used to the seal. "This seal is indeed annoying but it feels weaker to the one that we stole." Right now, more strings are breaking as Libra is calming down, gathering his strength.
Damn it! I should do something! But I can't launch an attack while sealing is in progress otherwise it might damage the Dendrogram crystals.
Libra widens a smile which catches me as weird. He seems like a serious and stiff guy who has a zero sense of humor yet he is smiling as though amused. He grabs the blindfold that covers his eyes and reveals his eyes.
His eyes are golden yellow and his iris is shaped like a cross. "Angelic Blessing, Eyes of Horus!"
[Rendora]
Some of my mana have returned. I can fight now, probably.
Regardless, I still have an uneasy feeling about this. I'm worried since I know Carniel has an ace on his sleeve and that is the Eye of Horus. Velia's hope of winning will be diminished if he activates that ability.
"You guys can go first."
I get off from Macdelver and ran off.
"Miss Rendora, wait!" Sir Stervin says worriedly.
However, why am I going back for Velia? Velia isn't my friend, is she? Regardless, we only met for a short time and why am I keen on saving her.
I smile remembering I still had the heroic urge inside me. Even though I no longer on the church I still feel like saving those who I can.
[Velia]
Libra's eyes have darkened. He is confused as he tries to look at his hands but couldn't. "My eyes! I can't see!"
Libra yells in confusion. "Ah! You cursed sinner! What did you do?!"
I smirk with confidence.
I'm glad I made in time. I quickly casted a shadow blindess spell upon him, rendering his eye ability to be useless, the "Absolute Shadow". Regardless, nothing is happening so it might have worked.
Libra furrows his eyebrows at me. "But, I can sense your essence of darkness." He aims his balance scale at me. "Heaven's Repel!"
It seems even if he is blind he can still use this ability. I quickly become heavy and get dragged down to be flattened on the ground. I'm starting to leave a deep imprint on the ground.
I start to cough blood as my body is slowly being squashed.
Due to my Absolute Shadow, he can now sense my presence and thus use his ability on me. I guess I have to give everything I got to the sealing process.
Right now, the sealing process is on going and it's on 50%. It might take time but if I can survive this before he gets completely sealed, then it's my win.
To my surprise, I can hear some clinking on the balance scale plate. It's probably on the side of the Heaven's Repel. He must have added three more coins.
Suddenly, the intensity of the heaven's repel multiplied by three. I end up creating depression on the ground, continously. Right now, I think I'm five meters deep.
I end up coughing more blood as my heaviness causes my muscles to tear, and my bones begin to crack. Even my organs are slowly being pressed by my weight. Thankfully, the armor is not affected by the heaven's repel only my body.
The sealing process is at 80%. I must hold on.
"I must live for--- Lord Kaveris sake!"
Libra smacks his lips, "there is still some soul left on you, huh? You're quite a stubborn one. However, I can feel it. You probably won't last a minute."
The sealing process might finish for 5 more minutes. Seeing the state of my body, he has a point. I can't even move a finger since it probably weighs a ton.
"Sinner, undo my blindness and you won't have to suffer a sad fate from being crushed."
If only I can talk back I would have told him to eat shit. No doubt about it, I will win this fight!
However, my conscious is fading. Tsk, I must hold on...
[Rendora]
Arriving on the scene, it seems those two are gone. I can no longer see them but I can sense they are here. There is a carved rock the size of a coffin with bluish glowing runes of ancient texts.
What is this?
Close to it, is a deep hole on the ground, but it's small. Peeking into the hole I can see someone on the bottom.
It's Velia!
I jump down and upon landing, I check upon her. Her body was in a messed up state that I can tell her hope of living is miniscule. Her blood is pooling on the ground. Her entire body and head are flat as a fleshy pancake. There is blood everywhere from her body.
Carniel must have used a lot of coins for his Heaven's Repel.
Regardless, holding her flat and mushy wrist I can still feel a pulse. Looks like she is alive but barely. If she was human she have already died a long time ago.
Looks like I can still save her. I cast a healing spell upon hear, "Greater Heal." This might take time but I'll use the mana that I have recovered to heal her.
Eventually, for about thirty minutes, I manage to fully heal her. She looks the same I first saw her. That was faster than I expected. The Galkins truly have impressive regeneration capabilities.
Regardless, she's quite crazy for ending up like this but still managed to win. I can't sense Carniel's presence anymore.
"Miss Rendora!" I can hear those guys looking for me from above.
"I'm here!" I yell back.
I return back up to talk to them. Looks like they were upset when I suddenly left all of a sudden.
"I told you guys, I'm already fine." I clarify and they won't listen.
Sir Stervin sighs, "if you say so. At least the Guardian Saint is no longer here."
"Miss Knight, we can't thank you enough but this time I might have to return to the village as soon as I can. I can sense something big is about to happen." Says Macdelver.
Since Velia is fine I think I may have to go with this guys and perhaps teach the fake Infitius a lesson on Verni's behalf.
"I'll be going with you but first what is with this rock?" I point at the mystical carved rock.
"It's a Dendogram seal that sealed Libra." Velia climbs up from the hole with a heavy and tired sigh.
"Libra? Then is Carniel inside this thing?"
"Yeah." She then grins. "I'm pretty good aren't I?"
Instead of feeling relief, I feel worry. "Velia, now that you captured Libra, what are you going to do?"
"Probably use it as a bargaining chip against the church."
If the church knows that one of their Guardian Saints got sealed, they will be forced to act. I hope she knows the magnitude of what she had done. Worse case scenario, the Northern Overlord will be involved and more Saint Guardians will be dispatched.
"I thought I was gonna be dead. You saved me Ren." She warms up and does stretches.
I'm more impressed that she is doing fine all of a sudden.
"Don't you need more rest?"
Velia laughs without worries. "I'm already fine. It's thanks to your healing skills. I feel like good as new."
"Well, I think I should return." Velia unfurls her black wings. She then flies and goes on top of the carved stone to hold it.
"So this is goodbye, huh?" I say.
Velia grins in a jolly manner. "I'll be sure to pay you back someday Ren, so be alive until then." She flies, carrying the thick and heavy carved stone up with her thin arms. She then soars into the sky and vanishes from sight.
After Velia is gone, we then focused our sight on the direction of the Silver Fang village. We need at each other after riding the werewolf and embarking a journey to the village.

[Varlin]
I feel like leaving this place since it's boring in the mountains, but it's not that bad compared to my previous life.
We used to be scavengers from the western region of Groundwell. Some demons found us and since they gave good incentives, we worked with them. Thankfully, my uncle was a brilliant dark magic researcher that's why the demons took an interest on us.
If not for him, I won't be enjoying these spoils such as women and power. I can order these foolish werewolves to kidnap me some women and they would mindlessly do so.
Everything from what I say and how I should act outside the Silver Temple, is dictated by these demons. To the werewolf citizens I look wise and calm but that's not me.
It's quite hilarious that they would believe this whole charade.
Regardless, it's been a while and I haven't seen Rixer or Wiln.
"Hey I need to talk to Rixer about something. Where is he or Wiln?"
Hark the fourth apostle comes forward.
[Hark]
A flying three-eyed crow with horns and disheveled feathers appears, flying across the room. It lands on my shoulder, and whispers on my ears.
These demonic crows gather information for me. They survey the area to ensure that our operation is going well. For any anomaly they report to me.
Regardless, this is bad news.
"Rixer, Wiln and the rest got defeated. It seems the Eastern Overlord is heading for this place."
"Huh?!" Says Varlin confused.
