Chereads / My Clone System: You thought I was the Weakest / Chapter 86 - Unexpected Visitor

Chapter 86 - Unexpected Visitor

[Rendora]

The Galkin woman from earlier is right in front of me, with her steady smile. Her lively nature made me forget that we are in a dangerous situation. "I saw what you did earlier, that was very impressive. To think you can also cast dark affinity spells along with holy magic, huh? You're the first I know."

She talks too much that I almost forgot the thousand questions I have in my head.

"Hey, do you have any idea where we are?"

"If you're asking me that then you have agreed to team up with me."

"Fine, fine."

She caresses her chin as she assess me. "My name is Velia. Nice to meet you, rather than a temporary alliance why don't you join me and serve our master."

Velia, no doubt, hearing that familiar name, she is that tramp's sister, but without that similarity they are far too different.

"My name is Rendora, I'm sorry but I would have to decline."

Velia sighs, "it's a shame, my master would have liked someone like you under our ranking."

Master? Don't tell me she is also serving someone powerful. There are only few candidates I have in mind.

"Hey Velia, don't tell me your master is---"

Velia comes to me and grabs my shoulder. She then lifts me up as we soar to the sky. "Ahh!"

I can't believe he just yanked me unto the sky. "Hey you tramp! I can't believe you just pulled me out to the sky. That surprised me."

Velia laughs as though not taking me seriously. "Hahaha, I can't believe a tough woman like you can make that face."

"Velia, I'll mess you up. You Galkins are truly insufferable."

"But before you do." Velia looks in front of us. Right now, the three giants returned to their still posture.

"Anyway, this place doesn't seem like an illusion. I can also tell that this is no longer the city. So where are we?"

"We are in the Room Armageddon, that demon's Demonic Cataclysm ability. We are inside a spatial dimension located in that demon's heart."

We are inside Wiln's heart, huh? Then there must be some way to get out of here.

"Hey, is there a way to get out of here?"

"No clue."

"No clue?! Then, if I destroy those three giants."

"Do you have any idea how long I have been here? Look, I've been here for almost an eternity and I tried everything that I can."

I sigh in dismay. "Then are we just going to get stuck here forever?"

"That's right! For now, let's just play in this dimension for god knows how long until my master will come and save us."

"So that's what you mean by team up?!"

This woman might be stupid. I thought she had some great plan. Looks like I have to find a way to get out of here myself. I've been in the same situation but I won't expect Verni to save me this time.

Regardless, thanks to her carrying me up in mid-air, I won't have to deal with the mutants from below.

Right now, the first giant begins to speak aloud. "First judgement of life, suffering!"

I pose to strike, supplying me sword with 90% of my magic power.

Damn it, only two more swings like this and I will run out of mana.

Velia squeals in mid-air, she stutters from fear staring at me sword. "Ekk, don't use a holy magic near me. It's making me dizzy."

Velia's flies shakily in which I cannot even concentrate on the enemy. "Ey Velia! Get a hold of yourself! Hey!"

In front of us, the giant begins to reach out its monstrous hand towards us. With Velia panicking, I won't be able to execute my swing.

Ugh screw it! I head butt Velia, knocking her out and causing her to release me. I then use her as a foot hold to leap towards the giant hand. With one deep breath, I swing fiercely, "Holy Judgement!"

The giant arm up to his head are sliced as well vertically, causing it to fall apart.

I should have tried using spatial magic but it requires a lot of concentration, I guess I need more training before I can cast it without difficulty.

Right now, I'm falling. Velia comes and catches me. A lump is found on her forehead. "Hey Rendora, that hurts! And why would you step on my face?!"

"Then would you rather prefer if that thing took us out?"

"Let me make this clear that it would be useless." She looks at the giant that I sliced, I look at it too.

To my surprise, the giant is regenerating from the damage I inflicted it.

"Tsk." I hissed.

"See, I told you that it's useless. Everything here from the laws of nature is controlled by that demon. There is no way to get out of here except killing him from the outside. The moment you got sucked in it was game over."

Destroying him from the outside, huh? Most of all, this place is said to be inside the heart of that demon, which means...

But to do it, I need more mana than what I have.

"An attack incoming!"

Looking in front, the second giant throws a reddish sun the size of a mountain into our direction. Since I'm conserving mana, I won't be able to use any spell to counter act this attack.

"Hey Velia, carry me as high as you can."

However, Velia isn't a bit afraid. In fact, she's confident. "Don't worry, I'll handle this!" She shows her bracelet, it looks glamorous, since it's affixed with high quality magical gems. Once the reddish star comes close to us, the sun is being sucked by the bracelet, shrinking it bit by bit.

Is that a rare magical item? At least, it saved us.

"Velia, I'll destroy this dimension. Fly as high as you can."

"Huh? What are you planning to do."

"Isn't it obvious, I'm gonna cut this dimension into two."

"Well, whatever, use this." Velia shows a vial with glittering oil. She then pours it on my sword.

"What is this?"

"A magical item, the blade catalyst potion. It will increase the sharpness of your blade and its magic conductivity. These magical items are treasures from my kingdom. Pretty lit right?"

I smile. This is just what I needed. I also notice that she is channeling her mana into my body.

With this, I only need to focus with my technique.

"I'm doing this much for you. So you better join me and serve our master."

"I told you, no thank you." I say with annoyance. I then sigh. "But thanks for the support."

With a smile, Velia launches herself into the sky carrying me as fast as she can. I take a deep breath as I'm about to unleash my strongest swing.

I coat my sword with 100% of my holy power. I notice my mana can easily flow into my sword. It's overflowing with light magic that Velia is shivering. The light alone is even causing her skin and hair to get slightly burnt.

Then I visualize on what I'm going to cut. It's the entire world. Velia then hurls me outward. "I'm counting on you Ren!"

As I'm flying into the blood red sky, I close my eyes. Upon opening it, I pose to strike and tightly hold the hilt of my blade, with one swing, I yell. "Sky field division!"

Launching a devastating massive swing that is meant to cut the world, thus the sky has been divided. Cracks are showing up on the sky and it begins to run to the ground, until everything falls apart.

The cloudy grey sky reveal itself and now I'm back on the city.

Wiln is in front of me, bleeding severly from his chest. "You wench, how did you get out?!" He then falls to the ground lifelessly.

It seems he is dead.

At last, I won, but my mana is almost empty. I can barely stand. My sight is darkening and I feel very tired.

Just when I am about to fall, Velia holds me from falling. "Oops, you've done well holy knight. I'm impressed."

I have to find Verni. I need to tell her.

"I need to go back and..."

[Velia]

Oops, it seems she fell asleep. I didn't even get to hear what she has to say. Regardless, now that I have got out, I need to report to my master. I'm worried about him and my comrades.

However, to my surprise, looking up, someone is here in the worst time possible.

What would a Guardian Saint be doing here?

This is bad.

He is a tall man with broad shoulder and wide chin. His eyes are covered with a white cloth like a blind fold. A drawing of an eye is drawn on it. He is known for carrying a balance scale on one arm. Most of all, he has a halo and a white feathered wings spread out on his back.

He is one of the Guardian Saint. Libra, the Guardian Saint of the Court of Truth. He is the most efficient saint and can obliterate a dark affinity army at ease. Their strength and affinity to holy power are due to the fact that they are of the angel race.

"A Galkin, injured demon and a holy knight." Says Libra with a stern voice. "It is my turn to bring judgement upon this place that is full of sin."
