Chapter 16 - Go to Surabaya

A smile fell from Abel's and Lia's lips greeting the appearance of Dirga. The man got off the bike, took off his helmet, and ran slightly toward the horizontal terrace.

"Ga, why don't you tell me before coming here?" Lia asked.

Without waiting for the two hosts to ask him, Dirga immediately sat down in an empty rattan chair. He exhaled sharply as he parted his growth hair to the back several times. Then rest his back on the shoulder of the chair.

"Ahem. Anyway, I just comes by here, I will go to Surabaya tonight. So let's pending our plan to take holiday to Dewata," Dirga said. His eyeballs stare at Abel and Lia one at a time.

"Cih, what an inconsistent of you," Lia said as she stroked her harp's nose, "what will you do there at Surabaya?" she asked, looking so serious.

"That's right, all of a sudden," Abel added.

"My sister is getting married, but I will let you guys know if my business there is finished. I think I'm going to Bali with my sister. Why don't we meet there?" Dirga made a decision.

The two girls in front of him seemed to flinch, occasionally looking at the ceiling of the house whatever was in their minds. Then, Abel left her seat. "Ga, what you want to drink?" asked Abel.

"No need, Bel, I'll just go after this." His answer made Abel nod in understanding, then sit back down.

"Ummm, Ga ... Am I allowed to come to Surabaya with you?" asked Abel with a confused expression.

Like a child, she clenched her fingers and smiled bitterly staring at that guy. Lia started to annoyed because she understand what her best friend's meant. No other besides to meet Dani who is no words for a week already.

Lia immediately tapped Abel's open knee, as she was wearing short jeans. "Don't mess around, will ya?" She said.

"Ugh, what the hell?" Abel mumbled as she wiped her knees showing the red marks on Lia's palm.

"Don't find out for his word, if you don't want to get hurt for the millionth time," notes Lia attentively.

However, Abel didn't give that a shit because she misses him very much. Since the day of the accident, Dani hasn't even given her a word. Even messages and calls also Abel's voice notes were ignored, although sometimes her chatter application notification is visible online, it seemed that Dani has no intention to read the messages from his beloved.

"What is this?" asked Dirga.

The guy had a serious look. "I just go to Surabaya for a short time. Then I'll go to Bali immediately because my sister will have a honeymoon there," he explained.

"Abel went to meet her boyfriend," Lia said.

"Your boyfriend in Surabaya?" Dirga was curious.

Abel's little nod was an answer. He touched the white shirt guy's hand, looking at him expectantly. "Please let me go to Surabaya together. I promise I won't put you out of your misery," said Abel.

"It's not like that, but seriously you want to go?" Dirga asked to maintain.

Once again, Abel nodded.

Lia just pouted her lips after hearing her best friend's decision. Although she forbade, her purpose was for Abel's sake, that she doesn't get disappointed again. As happened back then.

"Then, we should buy the ticket before the night come," said Dirga.

"Li, how about you?" Abel asked, feeling uneasy.

Lia shrugged her shoulders as she moved out of her seat. "What can I do? Come in," she answered.

Abel smiled slightly. That afternoon they packed up, bought train tickets, and traveled to the town known as the 'Hero City'.

At about 5:00 p.m the Gumarang train they were about to take arrived. It's late about 10 minutes behind schedule. Dirga was initially confused about which section of the economic coach, business, and executive classes. Because he had also learned that for all three different classes they were together on one train.

But the difference is where the railway car is. In the past, Dirga thought if it was another class, another train. He assumed wrong, for he was perplexed, and then approached a gentleman to ask a question.

"Excuse me, Sir, I'm sorry to ask, which side of the coach for the executive class?" asked Dirga very politely.

Liia and Abel had on their backs also smiled at that man.

"The executive class is on the back," he answered, pointing to the rear section of the train.

As for Dirga, Abel and Lia go straight to the rear railway car. When they got to the front of the railway car, there was a uniformed officer, Dirga was checked first to determine if the train on which they would board was correct for the executive class. It was only after the officer said yes with his word that they would come in and find a bench according to their bench number which was written on the ticket.

Dirga's first impression of the interior of the train was pretty good. Sitting on the bench also felt comfortable because the passenger seat was made available to sleep and there was a comfortable enough back for the feet. There's also a charger plugin for every seat so they don't have to worry about running out of batteries in their phones while playing along the way. Besides, it turns out the bathroom's pretty cozy. Clean and unstinky. There's a place to wash your face and mirrors, too.

Taking the train was a first for Abel too. Her face seemed to faze over how she would later have a wonderful first experience with her friends.

Along the way, Abel truly hoped that her fight would be worth the sacrifice. She just wanted a face-to-face with that warm, grown man. Wanted to know how he was doing, and hoped he was just good as she always prayed.

The three of them sat next to each other. It was very comfortable because the passengers were less crowded, causing Lia, who loved to fall asleep immediately down in her sleep, leans against Abel's shoulder.

One reason why Dirga chose to use the train over an airplane was to enjoy the panoramic beauty out of the windows.

How wonderful it is to enjoy a terrain of mountain landscape as well as people's houses with scenes that bring a sweet collection into memory.

"I thought you don't have a boyfriend," said Dirga, starting a conversation.

Abel still focused on her phone, then answered, "I have, but LDR."

"Is he still at school?"

Abel shakes her head a little. "Nah, he is a grown man. Recently he didn't contact me," answered her.

"You have a relationship with a grown man?" Dirga kept throwing questions that made Abel want to plug up his mouth.

"I am. So what? The important thing is we both feel comfortable," said her.

"Well, that's right."

The short answer represents how disappointed Dirga is toward the sentences by that girl he liked. He thought, this whole time, no one owe Abel's heart. Well, he was wrong. Abel has owned.

Then, they two silenced. Enjoying the cold of the night air, slowly fell asleep, adventuring the dream world.
