Chapter 1 - Dhani's seduction

Abel missed Dani, a grown man who had been away for almost three months on business. Her hungry stomach couldn't get that girl out of class. Even this Science-3 student paid no attention to Lia, who had been begging to come to the cafeteria.

She stayed close to her eyes while leaning her cheeks at the table, not listening to her friends' shrill chatter.

DRRT!

The ring of the cell phone from inside the bag made the girl's pretty eyelids with her almost perfect appearance open. A faint smile appeared on the corner of Abel's lips as soon as she saw a man's name on the screen of his phone.

She then leans the phone to the ear, receives a call from her lover.

"Seriously? Where?" said Abel suddenly, making Lia squinted out of curiosity about Abel and the man's conversation.

"Wait, I'll be there," she continued as he kept her phone and hurried out of the seat.

"Uh ... Bel, wait. Abel!" screamed Lia. She left her bag in class.

But, arriving at the hall, Lia was forced to turn the corner and hide behind the hall's dividing wall with the teacher's room. Her lips puked perfectly as she watched her friend cuddle with an adult in front of the hall.

Not just a pair of Lia's eyes, but a few high school students happened to pass by in the hall.

"When did you arrive in Jakarta?" asked Abel as she clenched around the arm of a neatly-haired man.

"Not long ago, I'm not going home but come straight here," he replied in a husky voice.

"Y-you're sick?" Instantly, Abel panicked and touched the forehead of the man who lived in her heart.

"No, just thirsty, ahem." He clears his throat slowly to neutralize his sound. Then, slightly looking down to see Abel's beautiful face.

"Umm ... a class almost started here, what should I do?" Abel looked sullen after glancing at her watch.

"Go in. I'll pick you up later," said the guy, then brushed that girl with 146cm height's hairs.

Even though it was hard to be separated from her boyfriend, Abel still has to finish school today. It's coming to graduation and she has to take the teachers' material seriously to finish school quickly.

The waving hand finally came down as the thin mustache man's car pulled away from the school grounds. Soon Abel made her way to class, fearing that the door may have been shut by a math teacher who is known to be strict with a late student.

"Bell, are you still in a relationship with Dani?" That's a surprising question. Even Abel had raised her right hand to stand guard in the surprise of Lia's sudden appearance from behind the wall.

"Oh, my god, lia. You surprised me, don't you know?" blurted that cute girl.

Instead of answering Lia's question, Abel just walked away. Clearly annoyed Lia and pulled her arm.

"You weren't in enough pain with Dani after all this time, huh? He made good use of you, Bel." Lia looked into his friend's eyeballs, hoping she would be aware of the hurt by Dani's behavior.

"What the hell, Li? You're fussy, just like Mr. Ridwan. Enough, let's go to class. Me. Ridwan would get angry if we came late," Abel replied.

As if didn't want to show her true feelings, Abel put her arm around Lia's shoulder and dragged that girl to class.

Forty-five minutes is enough to make Abel's head sick with the complicated formulas of Mr. Ridwan. She put the books in a bag, then moved out of the seat. Without taking Lia who was still busy writing mathematical formulas in her book, she ran a small smile out of class.

"Bell, let's get ho-- huh, Abel?" mumbled Lia while she wrote.

He looked at the classroom where there was already no one there.

Lia packed her things and dropped out of class. Asked her friends outside if they saw Abel or not. Most of them answered that Abel had just come home with her uncle. Lia's hammered, apparently, Dani really picked up her best friend. She is worried that Dani may have disappointed Abel again like two months ago.

Lia doesn't know what to do after school without Abel. They usually go to the mall or just read books in the library. But now she's alone. It must be very boring for her this afternoon.

Away from the school environment, Abel and Dani were having lunch at a cafe & resto mall. They looked very happy, clearly from the smooth line in the corner of the eyes of the two yearning lovers who were spreading their longing.

"Why are you coming home all of a sudden, humm?" asked Abel politely.

She supported his chin with one hand while gazing affectionately at her lover.

"Purposely, miss you and ... have some business here. By the way, Bel, how are your parents?" replied Dani, stirring up his juice.

Abel smiled vaguely. Actually, she didn't want to discuss her parents' problems. It was heartbreaking and Abel didn't want to burden her boyfriend either. However, Dani's gentle touch made that girl open her voice.

"Mom and dad are separated. Now, mom lives in Surabaya," she answered quietly.

"What about uncle?" Dani asked again.

"Dad's home, living with his mistress."

Soon there was warm water running down on Annabelle's cheeks.

Dani held tight enough to the back of her beloved's smooth white hand, to give her strength. He knew Abel was deeply hurt by his parents' parting. A moment later, Abel wiped away the tears.

A smile welled up as she looked into the brown-eyed iris of a handsome man in front of her.

With Dani, Abel felt very comfortable. Even though she was disappointed, she couldn't leave Dani. The man knows too much about her.

"Stop crying," Dani quietly blurted out as he pulled out the corners of his lips.

He unclenched his grip and moved to lovingly rub Abel's cheek.

The girl nodded slightly, with an increasing smile. They then continued to eat, and soon went to the hotel for a rest.
