I start my day by waking up to the ruckus my alarm clock was making.
"Y/N sweetie, it's time for breakfast!" My mom called from the kitchen.
"Coming!!!" I shouted back. I got myself out of bed which was a hassle. But I eventually made it to the kitchen.
"Mmmm… it smells good." Said Claudia.
"Thank you dear! It's bacon and eggs." My mom replied. It seemed as if Claudia was the slightly more favorite sibling.
"Good morning sleepyhead!" Said my dad. Giving me a rub on the head.
"I'm not 5 anymore dad!" I said back with giggles every ten seconds. After I finish breakfast, I tell mom and dad I'm going to Maddie's house.
"Ok Y/N. Be safe." Mom said sternly.
"Yes ma'am." I replied back knowing that if I didn't use my manners, I might get grounded. After all the goodbyes, I set of to Maddie's house.
