[PROLOGUE]
He woke up, fully soaked in sweat.
"Was dreaming about that again ?" he asked himself looking at the mirror on the old dressing table his maternal grandfather made for his mother as a dowry. He saw the reflection of a 16-year-old Indian boy, light brown skin color, dark circles under his brown eyes, 6 feet tall body barely fitting on the Queen size bed, he was the person he is scared of most.
He checks his phone," it's 3:43 AM, I should lay down and sleep, tomorrow we have to leave early."
He lays down and up on the ceiling, he sees 'it', he wasn't scared of 'it' as it has been almost a month since he had been seeing similar things around him and also that these things are not real, it's just always the realization that hits him every single time.
He turned to his right side where on his study table his laptop was charging he stared at the laptop for a minute and muttered to himself in regret " what have I done!".
He unlocked his phone, plugged in his earphones to it, and slowly slid into sleep in his world with his favorite music.
