Ling Feng turned his head back and started to apply more force.
He had to be a bit more cautious here than in the First Layer of Heaven since there could be things that might hurt someone. What if the thing underwater was dangerous and it harmed everyone once he pulled it up?
But since it seemed to be a box, there probably wouldn't be any problems.
