"Ahhhh" someone screamed, waking up Sarah with a jolt. Her younger sister burst into her room.
"What the hell?" Sarah annoyingly said, she definitely wasn't a morning person and waking up to the sound of her sister Louisa's scream didn't help.
"He's finally coming to town" Louisa shoved her laptop into Sarah's lap. "Look he's performing here next week, please tell me you'll take me.
Sarah took her glasses from the side table, and sat up in her bed. She looked down at the screen, barely awake and now needed to think and read - today really wasn't a great morning she thought.
On the laptop was an article and a picture of her sisters celebrity crush - Daniel Hughes and in massive letter at the top a headline saying "Get ready - Daniel Hughes coming to concert in Liston next week". Sarah began reading the article, she hated Daniel Hughes and didn't understand her sister obsession with some dude, he isn't even that attractive she thought.
"Please let's go together" Louisa said "It's my only chance to see him, please just take me, I promise I'll be good for 1 month if we go."
Sarah sighed loudly "Fine, but it'll be your birthday gift then".
Louisas birthday was next week and Sarah still felt bad that their parents were gone and it was only those two - as it had been ever since the accident 3 years ago.
"Thank you, thank you, thank you so much" Louisa hugged Sarah and smiled.
Sarah quickly bought two tickets for them, they weren't cheap, but seeing her sister so happy, she couldn't help but feel happy too. It would take an extra shift or two at the bar, a job she hated, not because of the costumers, but the boss who made rude comments and would touch her and the employees innapropietly. She would quit if she could but she needed the money, so her sister could go to school and they would have a place to live.
Order confirmed popped onto the screen.
"Now leave me alone I was sleeping" Sarah said lying down again, and pulled her blanket over her face.
"I can't wait to tell April about this, she's gonna freak out", Louisa said and walked out the door with her laptop.
Sarah closed her eyes and fell back to sleep again.
