The rat bit it's own arm too, then a notification poped out to Lex's eyes.

{You are now the beast rat's Master}
"What?!!"Lex said loudly."what just happend?"
"Master."a little boy's voice sounded.
"Wh...who?!"Lex is not yet successfully putting the master thing in his head, and now there's a voice talking to him out of nowhere.
"Master, It's me!"The little boy's voice answered.
Lex looked at the rat."hey, it's not you right?"Lex asked.
"Of course it's me."The rat answered.
"What!!"Lex again shouted.
5 mins later*
"So what you want to say is, I bacame your Master because of our blood mixing?"Lex asked.
"Yup."The rat replied.
"And you can communicate with me and not to others?"Lex added.
"Yes, because of the blood pact, it made us one in a way or another, so that's why."The rat stated.
"I see, it really scared me right now."Lex said while touching his chin."why did you decided to be my beast familliar though?"
"Cuz you're so cool!the way you slash those other beast and kill them in one hit, it made me feel that you can guide me and make me stronger too."
'Oh, idolism?'Lex thought."so, what's your name?"
"I don't have."the rat proudly answered."it's for you to decide as my master, Master."
"Ok, let me think."Lex said.'ratty? No, too normal, fang?, no too edgy, hmmm?'
The rat tilted it's head while looking to his master.
"What about happy?"Lex suggested.
"That's a great idea, it suits me!"The rat agreed, so from now on, he is "Happy".
"So, master, where are we heading next?are we gonna hunt some treasures?or kill some mighty beast?"Happy asked excitedly.
"Hey, calm down, I'm just heading home."Lex answered.
"What?"Happy disappointedly said.
"Come on, don't be a downer, My father wants me home so I'm going, but after a week or two, I'll go back to the academy."Lex stated his plans to Happy.
"Well, I guess I can't help it, then, to the house we go!"Happy's energy came back.
