"Why do you need us for this? No lackeys needed." Lank rolled his eyes, harrumphing.
Obsidian smiled, "that's because no one is smart enough to consider people in danger as they should. So I needed a few to prove my theory wrong."
Luna felt bubbly with the little words spoken. "Let's go do this!"
"Sis, now isn't the time to fawn over anyone who looks down on us." Solis snarled, dissatisfied with what was going on between Luna and Obsidian.
Solis had always been all fun and games, but the booming relationship between the two was disturbing.

This feral had judged them so lowly, that he would have to do more than that to convince him.
