A few hours later.
Callum was whistling as he passed his group of friends who had gathered at Killian and Emma's house for brunch. He didn't want to come but when Cali had to leave urgently, he had no other option but to attend the brunch as he didn't like staying in his house without her.
"What's up with him?" Killian asked no one in particular as he looked at a happy and whistling Callum entering the dining room. If he didn't know better, he would have said that Callum was glowing.
"Your friend is in love, " Emma commented.
"What's new about this?" Killian muttered. He had heard from his other two friends how this bastard was chasing after a girl who he had dumped on the date when Persephone set him up. Dumping a girl on their first date and then expecting to get a chance with her? The bastard deserved the hell that the girl gave him.
