Scarlet looked at the cube as the rest of the void started to massively quake. Her capturer was standing in front of her and no matter what she tried right now she couldn't succeed without using Chaos magic.
Part of her wanted to destroy the cube which she would've done if she didn't who was inside it; her long lost half-demon brother who she felt sympathy for because she too was alone in this world and it's not like it was his fault that he had so much hatred—That was conflict happening in her mind right now.
The void dying would also mean the death of chaos, reducing their chances of stopping the coming future the Dragon King had warned her about.
"You see Scarlet, all of this is because you refused to give him his power." The boy said, referring to Oblivion, he was standing a distance away from her. A distance favorable for combat if it was even necessary at this point where she was completely weak.
