With one skill, Lorn would be able to turn the situation on its head. He would win without a doubt with a Beyond S-grade taking control over his body. With its infinite knowledge, it could deduce what was going in the instant it arrived and it would be able to think of a counter-solution.

All Lorn needed to do was activate the skill.

But did Lorn want that? 

'I've always thought myself a pragmatist, but winning like this doesn't feel like winning at all.'

If possible, Lorn wanted to overcome this obstacle by himself. 

But the problem remained. Lorn didn't know what to do now. He could walk around the arena, searching for Elan, but that didn't seem like a good idea. Since he could create illusions and move through the shadows freely, the chances of him getting caught by Lorn was near zero. And likely, Elan had prepared a trap for Lorn just in case he walked around aimlessly.
